The Must Haves
Helmet
You have a lot going on upstairs, keep it that way. Modern helmets are more protective and comfortable than ever and are styled to fit every rider’s personal preferences. Also, it’s recommended to replace your helmet every 3-5 years to ensure it works as designed when you need it.
Pedals
When it comes to pedals, you have options. Clipless pedals and flat pedals are your two main choices. When making your choice you should consider the type of riding you'll be doing, how much power and control you'll want, and the type of shoe you will be wearing.
