Wrap straps around your cargo, and securely fasten according to your straps instructions so that movement of cargo is eliminated. Tuck away any loose ends, and keep away from moving parts. Use of two straps is always recommended. Note: Mounting hardware is not included. Installation by a professional bicycle mechanic is recommended.
