The BC40 is designed and built 100% in-house at the ALLIED factory in Rogers, AR. We machined the molds, tooling, and suspension linkage in house, and every piece of carbon is hand laid by our expert lay-up team. What travel does the BC40 have? The BC40 is set up with and designed around 120 travel front and rear. It can also be set up with 110 or 100mm options by utilizing different fork and shock options. You will see our athletes using the BC40 in 100mm travel mode for races like Leadville this summer. What is tire clearance for the BC40? 29x2.4 on all sizes. What part spec options are available on the BC40? We will offer options with SRAM, Shimano, Fox and RockShox so each rider can build their own dream bike. How much does the BC40 weigh? Target frame weight including Sid Luxe Ultimate is 1950g/4.3lbs for size L; final weight will vary depending on size and paint option selected. How will it be painted? Like all ALLIEDs, the BC40 will be built to customer order and each rider is able to choose from one of our many base and logo color options. In addition we hope to make a couple of our athlete’s custom paint jobs available as limited editions. What is the Standover Height? All frame sizes have a 705mm (27.8") standover measured from the center of the BB to the top of the top tube.

The HD6 is the evolution of one of the most successful enduro bikes in history. Designed with input from our Enduro World Cup team and building upon our award-winning Ripmo and HD lines, the HD6 features increased travel, a completely redesigned suspension layout, and mixed wheels. Geometry The 29? front wheel, bol­stered by 180mm of trav­el, assures sta­bil­i­ty, where­as the 27.5? rear wheel allows for addi­tion­al maneu­ver­abil­i­ty. The 165mm of trav­el skill­ful­ly man­ages any fall­out. With a 64 degree head tube angle (one degree slack­er than the cur­rent Rip­mo), a BB height sim­i­lar to Mojo HD5, and chain­stay length iden­ti­cal to the cur­rent Rip­mo (despite the 27.5? rear wheel), the bike main­tains an equi­lib­ri­um between agili­ty and stability. Five Sizes In order to place every size rid­er in the same posi­tion over the rear wheel, the HD’s seat tube angles get steep­er as frame size increas­es. With four sizes, this would have result­ed in larg­er jumps in reach, so we added a fifth size. The small­er incre­ments across five sizes means that you can find just the right size. We encour­age rid­ers to choose their bike size based on their desired reach and top tube measurements. Coil Compatible Our upper link sus­pen­sion lay­out is pro­gres­sive enough to be sen­si­tive off the top, yet sup­port­ive enough for the biggest hits. It is also com­pat­i­ble with all coil shocks, for those longer race stages that can tax air shock performance. DW-Link The sus­pen­sion lay­out may be new, but it’s still DW-Link. The inher­ent effi­cien­cy means you don’t need an over­damped shock to climb well. Less shock damp­ing allows the wheels to stay plant­ed on the ground, pro­vid­ing more trac­tion and that hov­er-bike feel that our frames are known for. To achieve this wide tire clearance with an extremely narrow bottom bracket, the rear hub has a 5mm outboard offset to prevent chain rub. Voytek 2 can also fit 29” x 3.0” tires. So when the trails are packed with snow, ride 26” x 4.0” tires, then when the snow melts and the trails turn to dirt, swap in your 29” wheelset for plus mountain bike riding. Voytek 2 was designed to accommodate multiple wheel sizes without compromising ride quality. Modern MTB Geometry Voytek 2 builds on the geometry that we pioneered with our original Voytek. We gave Voytek 2 a slacker head tube angle, steeper seat tube angle, shorter standover. This updated geometry allows you to go faster with more confidence. Suspension Correction Voytek 2 is suspension corrected. This means that you can build it with a 120mm travel suspension fork without drastically changing the geometry of the bike with a rigid fork. Dropper Compatibility Dropper post routing has a fully internal sleeve via a port behind the head tube. The Wolf Tooth Resolve Dropper Post is an option on the Voytek 2 Custom Bike Builder. Large Front Triangle A larger front triangle means that you can fit more cargo for your ride. With a narrow Q-factor, your weight is closer to the centerline of the bike. This is especially important when cornering because it allows for tight, responsive control—the wider Q-factor found on most fat bikes spreads out your pedals and creates a floppy, unstable feel. The frame was designed around an 83mm bottom bracket, where most fat bikes have a bottom bracket north of the 100-110mm range. With the Voytek, you don’t need to compromise agile handling to ride up to 4.6” tires. ONE BIKE, THREE WHEELBASE LENGTHS Our Tuning Chip rear dropout is at the heart of the versatile Voytek. With a quick change in positions, the wheelbase of the Voytek can be extended or shortened by up to 20mm, which also changes bottom bracket height by up to 4mm. In the forward position, you’ve got an aggressive, responsive Voytek for your next race. In the rear position, you’ve got that same intuitive handling but with added stability to make it easier to ride in deep snow or adverse terrain. In the middle, well, that’s the best of both worlds. PLUS OR FAT? FAT OR PLUS? We’re internally divided here as to whether the Voytek is a plus bike that can handle fat tires or if the Voytek is a fat bike that has the handling worthy of a plus bike. When the trails are packed with snow, we’re riding 4” tires. When spring comes and the trails turn to dirt, we swap out tires and ride plus until winter returns. It was designed to accommodate drop bars with a 50mm stem or MTB bars with an 80mm stem. It can be built with gears or single speed, with a suspension fork or rigid, with a mechanical or electronic drivetrain, or with a dropper or rigid seat post. The ability to fully customize the build of the bike makes the Fenrir as versatile as its rider. FENRIR WITH DROP BARS The Fenrir was designed with the option to be built with drop bars or MTB bars. When configured with drop bars, the Fenrir rides like an extra-capable gravel bike. The relatively longer top tube means a shorter stem is needed with drop bars to align with the rider's preferred reach. It can be built with standard road/CX/gravel bars for rides on local trails or with wider bars to fit a handlebar roll loaded with lots of gear. FENRIR WITH FLAT BARS When built with MTB bars, Fenrir rides like a 90s XC bike. It's fun and lively, yet efficient and Capable with a capital C. It can handle any sketchy descent or technical climb with ease. Because the top tube is relatively short for a mountain bike, a longer stem (80-90mm) is ideal for maintaining reach. Ride it on your local singletrack or load 'er up for that backcountry tour that you've been dreaming about--you know the one. However you choose to build it, Fenrir will ride any road/trail on the map and carry all the gear to get you there. OPTIMIZED FOR BIKEPACKING Every last feature of Fenrir is optimized for bikepacking. The stainless steel frame is strong, comfortable, and surprisingly light weight. It can be built with flat bars or drop bars depending on your affinity for large handlebar rolls. Single speed is an option for folks who like simplicity while touring. It has extra mounts on the frame and fork for hauling all the gear you'll need for days (or weeks) on the trail. The frame and fork can clear 29" x 2.6" or 27.5" x 2.8" tires for trails that are especially gnarly. No matter your destination and how long it takes to get there, Fenrir is ready. SINGLE SPEED All metal Otso bikes have the option to be built single speed or with gears. Fenrir is included in that group because it has a small notch on the rear dropout near the Tuning Chip. If you build your Fenrir with gears, but want to convert to single speed later on, there is a single speed Tuning Chip available ready to order alongside other accessories. There's no wrong way to build your Fenrir. SO MANY MOUNTS A bikepacking bike needs to be able to carry all the gear for days or weeks on the trail. Fenrir has mounts for bottles, fenders, and racks. The Enve fork also has three-pack mounts on either side for sharing the load. CAPABLE GEOMETRY Pick a trail on the map and ride it.
