This is the go-to drop bar bike for daily usage as well as all of your endurance riding. ************************************ We have S, M, L, XL frame sizes in stock and can build up a bike similar to this or whatever your dream bike is. ****************************************** The Earth Ship is our dream handbuilt USA-made gravel race / all-road bike that can also flex into bike packing. It is light, nimble, capable, and most importantly comfortable for very long days in the saddle. As we’ve gotten less self-conscious and more independent-minded we’ve come to embrace taller stack heights as the future of endurance riding. One of our goals with the Earth Ship was to create a bike that looked as aesthetically pleasing as possible with high handlebars. When it comes to endurance riding, we believe that “comfortable is fast!” You’ll find a full suite of features that include: - Three bottle mounts, top tube bag mount, and fender mounts. - The frame is built around the incredible Enve Adventure fork which has three-pack mounts on each leg and internal dynamo and brake routing. - For cable management on the frame we’ve chosen to use Paragon’s modular system which allows the cleanest possible appearance and can be customized for AXS, 1X or a traditional two derailleur setup. We use full round cable guides on the stays as we find plastic zip ties on high-end bikes to be an inelegant compromise. - Clearance for 700 X 50c or 650b X 2.2" tires GEOMETRY Gravel Race Geo with all-day comfort and bump absorption at the forefront. The tall stack, a slightly lowered bottom bracket, and generous stays yield an unbelievably smooth ride and inspire confidence when descending fast over loose terrain. A fairly traditional head tube and seat tube angle keeps everything quick and maneuverable, we favor trail numbers in the 60’s as we want an agile and responsive front end. TUBING A mix of Reynolds 853 and Columbus Life for the top and downtube. The seat stays and seat tube are custom designs from Fairing and the tapered head tube and chainstays (also a proprietary design) are sourced from Nova Cycles. FRAME SPEC - Handbuilt in USA - Enve Adventure Fork - Includes copper, handcrafted, Jen Green headbadge - Clearance for 700 X 50c or 650b X 2.2" - Three bottle mounts - Top tube feedbag mount - Fender mounts - Tapered head tube with external cup: EC34/44 - 68mm bottom bracket shell - Flat mount - Thru Axle - Rear Thru Axle M12 X 1.5 - Derailleur Hanger: Paragon B4085 - Seatpost: 27.2mm - Seat Collar: 30.8 - Cable Guides: Paragon under the downtube modular and full ring guides on the stays (No Zip Ties)

The Waheela C is a carbon-framed drop bar bike with an adjustable geometry, unrivaled ride quality, and enormous tire clearance for 700c x 54mm, 650b x 54mm, or 29" x 2.1" tires. It has extra frame and fork mounting points for bottles and racks, easily accessible internal cable routing options, compatibility for 1x or 2x electronic or mechanical drivetrains, and the ability to run a dropper post. No matter the road ahead (or under tire), the Waheela C is ready. ************************************************************** Angry Catfish's website is tied into Otso's available inventory. If you are visiting our store to view the bike, please contact us before coming, to ensure we have what you're looking for. ************************************************************** GIANT TIRE CLEARANCE Gravel comes in all shapes and sizes, from the packed limestone of Southeast Minnesota to the chunky roads of the Flint Hills of Kansas. The Waheela C is equipped with tire clearance to handle the terrain of your next race. Where most gravel bikes can fit 650b x 50mm but only 40mm with bigger wheels, the Waheela C keeps on rolling, with space for 700c x 54mm tires. It'll run 700c x 35mm when the roads are tacky and tidy, 700c x 42mm when there's a bit more uncertainty, 700c x 54mm when the gravel road turns to ATV trails, and anything in between. The Waheela C can also fit 29" x 2.1", 27.5" x 2.1", or 650b x 54mm if 700c isn't really your thing. In short, the Waheela C is ready for the road ahead. ADJUSTABLE GEOMETRY Like all Otso bikes, the Waheela C sports our patented Tuning Chip rear dropout system, which allows you to change the length of your wheelbase and height of your bottom bracket. Put the Tuning Chip in the back position to get the stability and comfort of a longer wheelbase for a full day of riding gravel. Switch to the front position to get the agile handling and responsiveness required by your next CX race. And the middle position? That's the best of both worlds. The adjustable geometry of the Waheela C allows you to ride any road or any trail without needing to switch bikes. UNRIVALED RIDE QUALITY Our proprietary Waheela geometry was developed by our engineers for stability, confidence, and comfort on rough terrain. Where many gravel bikes put extra weight on the front wheel, the Waheela C centers the rider over both wheels. This makes for a more stable ride while allowing the compliant rear triangle to come into play and absorb the bumps of a gravel road. Meanwhile, the lightweight EPS molded carbon frame adds responsiveness and readiness for a sprint up that next hill. After a long day on the saddle, you'll find yourself adding a healthy amount of miles to tomorrow's ride. EXTRA MOUNTING POINTS Waheela C features fork bottle bosses, extra down tube mounting points (6 total), as well as top tube gas tank mounting points. Numerous braze-ons allow Waheela C to accommodate water bottles, fenders, racks, frame bags, and more. DETAILS THAT MATTER Internal brake and shifter routing with sleeves, carbon access door under bottom bracket for easier routing, front and rear thru-axle, and threaded bottom bracket for reliable, easy service. This also allows you to run that dropper post you've been dreaming about. COMPATIBLE WITH 1X OR 2X Waheela C is 1x and 2x compatible with mechanical and electronic drivetrains. It's also fully compatible with both Shimano Di2 and SRAM eTap AXS, in case you don't want to take advantage of internal routing options. QUALITY ASSURED Designed by the Otso engineering team, Waheela C frames are manufactured in one of the premiere carbon fiber factories in Taiwan and come with a 5 year limited warranty. All bikes are inspected and assembled at our headquarters in Minneapolis, MN USA.

Fenrir isn't your typical mountain bike. This one was designed from the trail up for bikepacking. Where most bikes can feel wobbly when loaded with a week's worth of gear, Fenrir rides confident and strong as ever. Build it with drop bars or flat bars, suspension fork or rigid fork, dropper post or rigid seatpost, gears or single speed, and a mechanical or electronic drivetrain. A tire clearance of 29” x 2.6” or 27.5” x 2.8” keeps the Fenrir rolling on rough terrain, while extra frame and fork braze-ons are ready to carry gear for days or weeks on the trail. Like all Otso bikes, the Fenrir has adjustable geometry via the patented Tuning Chip rear dropout system that makes the bike as adaptable as its rider. ************************************************************** Angry Catfish's website is tied into Otso's available inventory. If you are visiting our store to view the bike, please contact us before coming, to ensure we have what you're looking for. ************************************************************** DESIGNED FOR BIKEPACKING Every last feature of Fenrir Ti is optimized for bikepacking. The titanium frame is strong, smooth, and lighter than steel. It can be built with flat bars or drop bars depending on your affinity for large handlebar rolls. Single speed is an option for folks who like simplicity while touring. It has extra mounts on the frame and fork for hauling all the gear you'll need for days (or weeks) on the trail. The frame and fork can clear 29" x 2.6" or 27.5" x 2.8" tires for trails that are especially gnarly. No matter your destination and how long it takes to get there, Fenrir Ti is ready. VERSATILITY While all Otso bikes are known for their versatility, the Fenrir might be the most versatile yet. It was designed to accommodate drop bars with a 50mm stem or MTB bars with an 80mm stem. It can be build with gears or single speed, with a suspension fork or rigid, with a mechanical or electronic drivetrain, or with a dropper or rigid seat post. The ability to fully customize the build of the bike makes the Fenrir as versatile as its rider. FENRIR WITH FLAT BARS When built with MTB bars, Fenrir rides like a 90s XC bike. It's fun and lively, yet efficient and Capable with a capital C. It can handle any sketchy descent or technical climb with ease. Because the top tube is relatively short for a mountain bike, a longer stem (80-90mm) is ideal for maintaining reach. Ride it on your local singletrack or load 'er up for that backcountry tour that you've been dreaming about –you know the one. However you choose to build it, Fenrir will ride any road/trail on the map and carry all the gear to get you there. FENRIR WITH DROP BARS Fenrir was designed with the option to be built with drop bars or MTB bars. When configured with drop bars, the Fenrir rides like an extra-capable gravel bike. The relatively longer top tube means a shorter stem is needed with drop bars to align with the rider's preferred reach. It can be built with standard road/CX/gravel bars for rides on local trails or with wider bars to fit a handlebar roll loaded with lots of gear. SO MANY MOUNTS A bikepacking bike needs to be able to carry all the gear for days or weeks on the trail. Fenrir has mounts for bottles, fenders, and racks. The Enve fork also has three-pack mounts on either side for sharing the load. CAPABLE GEOMETRY Pick a trail on the map and ride it. Fenrir has the endurance of a gravel bike, with the stability of a mountain bike. Above all, it is Capable with a capital C so you can stay the course and reach your destination. DROPPER FRIENDLY A small port near the bottom of the seat tube allows for the cable routing of a dropper post. If you don't ride with a dropper, you probably won't even notice the port. AMPLE CLEARANCE Tires need to meet demands of the trail for traction, stability, and comfort. Fenrir can ride up to 29" x 2.6" or 27.5" x 2.8" tires. SINGLE SPEED All metal Otso bikes have the option to be built single speed or with gears. Fenrir is included in that group because it has a small notch on the rear dropout near the Tuning Chip. If you build your Fenrir with gears, but want to convert to single speed later on, we have the single speed Tuning Chip available on our website alongside other accessories. There's no wrong way to build your Fenrir.

The Warakin Ti is an efficient, responsive, sprightly titanium bike that can handle any road in any weather. Using the progressive geometry of its Warakin Stainless predecessor, the Warakin Ti pairs unrivaled ride quality with the superior quality of titanium. It's a lightweight, durable, lively machine that will carry the rider to where they choose to go, while enjoying every pedal stroke along the way. ************************************************************** Angry Catfish's website is tied into Otso's available inventory. If you are visiting our store to view the bike, please contact us before coming, to ensure we have what you're looking for. ************************************************************** SUPERIOR TITANIUM The 3Al/2.5V B338 grade 9 titanium that we use for the Warakin Ti is the same titanium that has been a bicycle industry favorite for decades, and with good reason. Equal parts science and magic, titanium is durable, lightweight, lively, corrosion resistant, and timeless. The tubing is seamless, butted, clean, and strong. It's because of the superior quality of titanium that we chose this material to lend to our heralded Warakin geometry as a bike that will endure the roughest roads in the harshest conditions and tell the stories for decades to come. EXTRA TIRE CLEARANCE If a bike is meant to ride any road in any condition, it needs to fit tires and wheels that will get you to and from your destination, while handling every bump along the way. The massive tire clearance of the Warakin Ti was built with this in mind. It'll fit 29" x 2.1" for that road that doesn't actually appear on the map, just as easily as 650b x 50mm for windy forest trails, or 700c x 35mm (or 700c x 50mm if you want a little extra) for your next gravel race. Because a frame that can last forever needs to have the ability to adapt to whatever the road (and the future) may bring. VERSATILITY Like all Otso bikes, the Warakin Ti sports our patented Tuning Chip rear dropout system, which allows the rider to lengthen or shorten the wheelbase by up to 20mm and raise or lower the bottom bracket by up to 4mm. For chunky gravel on remote roads, the longer wheelbase of the rear position is set for stability and comfort. For a quick spin around town or the CX course, the front position makes for snappy handling and agile control. The middle position? That's the best of both worlds. The Tuning Chip rear dropout system was designed because the bike should be just as versatile as its rider. TOP QUALITY Designed by the Otso engineering team, Warakin Ti frames are built by top fabricators in Taiwan and come with a five-year limited warranty. All bikes and frames are inspected and assembled at our headquarters in Minneapolis, MN USA. PROGRESSIVE GEOMETRY The progressive geometry of the Warakin Ti takes a page from the cross-country MTB playbook. Increased top tube length and a shorter stem maintain stack and reach while providing a lively ‘can-do’ attitude on rougher terrain. EXTRA MOUNTING OPTIONS Numerous braze-ons accommodate three bottles, fenders, racks, cable routing clamps, frame bags, and more. Mix in the Wolf Tooth B-RAD System to even further increase on-bike storage options. SUSPENSION-READY The geometry of the Warakin Ti includes an axle-to-crown measurement of 420mm, which allows for a shorter suspension fork.

The Chamois Hagar defies classification and exudes stoke, taking what we knew gravel to be, and redefining it. 700 x 50c tire clearance, 430mm chainstays, a 66.67-degree headtube angle, 80mm of BB drop, real reach and wheelbase measurements, and a mind-numbing array of customizable configurations. INTRODUCING THE CHAMOIS HAGAR WTF! That’s right! You heard it correctly. Some of us here have been known to wear tighter-fitting clothes and pedal long distances to visit nature’s delights, we also saw the huge dollar signs in gravel which could fund the development of other ridiculous projects like a beer-powered jet ski. We have made what appears to be, in fact, a gravel bike—but not just any gravel bike. This gravel bike or The Hagar as we call it, has borrowed some things from its fully suspended Evil family members. In an effort to be less terrified and have more fun we drew inspiration from the Offering which uses a longer front to center and reach, shorter stem, and 430mm chain stays to supply mountain bike stability and handling to the twitchy gravel category. We have added more trail and chainstay length for higher speeds both on and off gravel, while allowing for more party on singletrack. In addition to aggressive geometry we added clearance for 50c tires for the most ambitious adventures. Super-low standover heights and dropper posts keep blood pressures in check when things point downward. 140-160mm Flat mount or MTB discs hold down the stopping duties. And while shred pumps through the Chamois Hagar’s veins, versatility grounds the Hagar’s infectious energy. Seven water bottle mounts, stealth rack and fender mounts, 1x and 2x options, close ratio and wide-range builds, internal routing, Di2 provisions, and 100 x 12/142 x 12 spacing just begin to tell its story. There’s even rubber frame protection for when things get loose and rowdy. And while a 66.67 headtube angle may beckon berm-slapping daydreams, the Hagar begs to be ripped anywhere. For those wanting to tear legs off, we made sure it’s at home devouring pavement on 34mm tires. For those wheeling to work, run a flat bar and bolt on a rack. Gritting your way through a weather-ravaged rando? Weather-sealed frame plugs keep the Chamois Hagar watertight. Our builds offer 125mm, 150mm and 180mm droppers so you still have room for a seatbag dropper while the multi water bottle boss layout allows for full or partial frame bags with hydration to spare—bikepacker’s delight. If you’re looking to pigeon hole, the Chamois Hagar defies classification. And shamefaced as we may be about now being in the gravel market, we’re not even sure we’re in it. Maybe we’ve invaded it, a hostile takeover—alert the press, gravel’s been hijacked and the Chamois Hagar’s here to party. Because with the Chamois Hagar, you don’t rethink riding. You board the Hagar and ride how you ride. It’s meant for that. It wants it. Enough so that you ride that way even if it wasn’t your intention, even if you’re going long chasing light, searing past bewildered dirt tourists, or making your commute not suck. It has that effect—it is what it is and it isn’t sorry about it—and that’s just what we intended.

The Otso Fenrir is a ride-anywhere bike for bikepacking races and afternoon adventures alike. It can be built with drop bars or with MTB bars and both selections are available as stock build options. ***************************************************************** Note: Otso is a close partner whose warehouse is located just a few miles from ACF. We show Otso's bike catalog as in-store because we can get bikes and frames within a few days. Please call to ensure we have the size you are looking for built and in-store before stopping by for a test ride. ***************************************************************** VERSATILITY While all Otso bikes are known for their versatility, the Fenrir might be the most versatile yet. It was designed to accommodate drop bars with a 50mm stem or MTB bars with an 80mm stem. It can be built with gears or single speed, with a suspension fork or rigid, with a mechanical or electronic drivetrain, or with a dropper or rigid seat post. The ability to fully customize the build of the bike makes the Fenrir as versatile as its rider. FENRIR WITH DROP BARS The Fenrir was designed with the option to be built with drop bars or MTB bars. Ride it on your local singletrack or load 'er up for that backcountry tour that you've been dreaming about--you know the one. However you choose to build it, Fenrir will ride any road/trail on the map and carry all the gear to get you there. DESIGNED FOR BIKEPACKING Every last feature of Fenrir Ti is optimized for bikepacking. SINGLE SPEED All metal Otso bikes have the option to be built single speed or with gears. Fenrir is included in that group because it has a small notch on the rear dropout near the Tuning Chip. If you build your Fenrir with gears, but want to convert to single speed later on, there is a single speed Tuning Chip ready to order alongside other accessories. There's no wrong way to build your Fenrir.

The Otso Fenrir is a ride-anywhere bike for bikepacking races and afternoon adventures alike. It can be built with drop bars or with MTB bars and both selections are available as stock build options. ************************************************************** OPTIMIZED FOR BIKEPACKING Every last feature of Fenrir is optimized for bikepacking. The stainless steel frame is strong, comfortable, and surprisingly light weight. No matter your destination and how long it takes to get there, Fenrir is ready.

GUNNING FOR THE RACE WIN OR DIGGING DEEP FOR A PR, THIS COMPOSITE ROAD RACING BIKE GIVES YOU THE SPEED, EFFICIENCY AND CONTROL TO PUSH IT TO THE LIMIT, AND THEN A LITTLE BIT MORE. KEY PERFORMANCE FACTORS Class-leading efficiency Combining best-in-class stiffness-to-weight with strategically placed aero-tube shaping, this frameset is engineered for faster climbing, explosive acceleration and unyielding pedaling stiffness for race-winning performance. Advanced aerodynamics This is where the TCR’s most quantifiable gains can be found compared to previous-generation models. Every tube shape was analyzed, engineered, and tested to create an overall structure with significantly lower drag at a wider range of yaw angles. Total control Integrated disc brakes deliver smooth, powerful stopping power and modulation for added control in variable weather and road conditions. Flat mounts and new thru-axles boost stiffness and improve overall handling, while added frame and fork clearance allows for larger diameter tires up to 32mm. TECHS & FEATURES ADVANCED COMPOSITE TECHNOLOGY Giant’s High-Performance Grade raw carbon material is used to produce this custom frame material in our own composite factory with a high stiffness-to-weight ratio. The front triangle of these framesets is assembled and molded as one continuous piece in a proprietary manufacturing process called Modified Monocoque Construction. OVERDRIVE Giant’s original oversized fork steerer tube technology. Designed to provide precise front-end steering performance, the system’s oversized headset bearings (1 1/4" lower and 1 1/8" upper for road, 1 1/2" lower and 1 1/8" upper for mountain) and tapered steerer tube work in conjunction to provide optimal steering stiffness. COMPACT ROAD DESIGN Introduced by Giant with the professional Team ONCE in the 1990s, Compact Road revolutionized the look and feel of high-performance road bikes forever. A downward-sloping toptube (from the headtube to the seattube) creates smaller front and rear triangles for a lighter, stiffer bike. It also makes it easier for riders of all sizes to have a perfect fit. TUBELESS SYSTEM Fewer flat tires. Greater traction. Less rolling resistance and a smoother, faster ride. The biggest tire clearance gravel bike we make at 2.4” wide, still with road geometry & parts to combine speed with go-anywhere capabilities. Ideal for the toughest singletrack and roads. In the box: Frame, U-Turn fork, headset, seat tube collar, front & rear Carbon-Ti thru-axle, 2 RD hangers, 3 MultiStops (1x, Di2, eTap), chainstay cable exit, noise-reduction foam sleeves, manual. Frame colors come in Orange, Turquoise, matte/gloss Grey, Brown and unpainted. - With 650b gravel or 27.5" mountain bike tires up to 2.4”(61mm), rutted singletrack, slippery roots and rocks disappear.\ - With 700c gravel tires up to 46mm, even the toughest gravel roads are tackled at lightning speed - Assembled with 700c road tires (we recommend 35-40mm wide), you have the most comfortable road bike ever invented - The U.P.'s dropped right chainstay launched a whole category of bikes. The WI.DE. doubles up. The double-drop chainstays create a very efficient box-shape behind the BB. This increases stiffness, reduces weight and boosts tire clearance. - 1x cranks eliminate the inner ring and front derailleur that limit tire clearance. Most of our customers run a classic 1x setup with 12-sp or 13-sp cassette. But you can also go 2x using the Classified system: light, fast, very efficient and clean. - Every bike company has access to the same carbon. Compared to industries like aviation, carbon volume for bikes is too small for custom or exclusive. So all those different names for proprietary carbon are just that, names. - What matters: high-modulus carbon is stiff but brittle, low modulus carbon is more flexible but tougher. You need stiff and tough, so the best layup is a blend and the ratio depends on what is most important in each area of the frame. - In some areas (main tubes for example), the blend has more high modulus (and even ultra-high modulus) carbon. Other areas (headtube for example) use more of the tough carbon. That’s how our frames are both light and durable. - Wire-Stays: Vertically thin chainstays and seatstays provide compliance, while their lateral width and layup ensure rock-solid propulsion. Truly the best of both worlds. - Flat-Out Downtube: The downtube drives stiffness, connecting your steering center to your drivetrain. The flat sides places strips of ultra-high modulus carbon where it matters most. - Zero-Setback Seattube: A zero-offset seatpost is lighter & more efficient, so we have designed our seattube angle such that most riders can use a zero-offset rather than an off-set seatpost. - Internal Routing: Internal cables & hoses through the frame stay clean & protected and frankly, they look better. In the cockpit they are exposed for easy maintenance.

Our original all-road bike. The Warakin Stainless was one of the first bikes we built when we created Otso in 2016. It's been such a hit over the years that we haven't changed the geometry one bit. Stainless steel has a ride quality that is familiar, yet surprising-smooth like steel, lively like titanium. The Warakin Stainless is ready for your next century, three-day bikepacking trip, or afternoon group ride. ************************************************************** Angry Catfish's website is tied into Otso's available inventory. If you are visiting our store to view the bike, please contact us before coming, to ensure we have what you're looking for. ************************************************************** STAINLESS STEEL The supple and smooth ride quality of steel meets the corrosion resistance and lively feel of titanium. Stainless steel is lighter than you think, loads of fun, and ready for your next full day on the saddle. It's a frame material that is as unique and seldom used as it is versatile and excellent for multiple types of riding. TIRE CLEARANCE 700c? Check! 650b? Double check! 29er? Triple check! Warakin Stainless has massive tire clearance because no two roads are the same. The Warakin Stainless has clearance for 700c x 51mm, 650b x 51mm, or 29" x 2.1" tires. Race gravel with 700c x 38mm semi-slicks, then swap in 29" x 2.1" for that bikepacking trip with gnarly trails without needing to ride a different bike. TUNING CHIP The Tuning Chip rear dropout system allows for adjustable bike geometry by changing the wheelbase by up to 20mm, bottom bracket height by up to 4mm, and head tube angle by 0.2º. This means you can easily switch between a bike with the responsive, agile handling of a shorter wheelbase and a bike with the confidence and stability of a longer wheelbase just by flipping the Tuning Chip. Use the back position for stability and confidence with its longer wheelbase, lower bottom bracket, and slack head tube angle. The front position is ideal for winding singletrack or the CX course with its shorter wheelbase, higher bottom bracket, and steeper head tube angle. The center position is the best of both worlds. TOP PERFORMER Unparalleled ride quality results from the combination of stainless steel and carefully thought out frame geometry. The Warakin Stainless was designed by our engineers in Minnesota and manufactured by top steel frame fabricators in Taiwan. PROGRESSIVE GEOMETRY Warakin's progressive geometry takes a page from the cross-country MTB playbook. Increased top tube length and a shorter stem maintain stack and reach while providing a lively 'can-do' attitude on rougher terrain. DROPPER FRIENDLY A small port near the bottom of the seat tube allows for the cable routing of a dropper post. If you don't ride with a dropper, you probably won't even notice the port. FOR THE LONG HAUL Numerous frame braze-ons allow Warakin to accommodate cable routing clamps, three water bottles, fenders, racks, frame bags, and more. Three braze-ons on either side of the fork allow for additional storage.
