It's because of the superior quality of titanium that we chose this material to lend to our heralded Warakin geometry as a bike that will endure the roughest roads in the harshest conditions and tell the stories for decades to come. EXTRA TIRE CLEARANCE If a bike is meant to ride any road in any condition, it needs to fit tires and wheels that will get you to and from your destination, while handling every bump along the way. The massive tire clearance of the Warakin Ti was built with this in mind. It'll fit 29" x 2.1" for that road that doesn't actually appear on the map, just as easily as 650b x 50mm for windy forest trails, or 700c x 35mm (or 700c x 50mm if you want a little extra) for your next gravel race. Because a frame that can last forever needs to have the ability to adapt to whatever the road (and the future) may bring. VERSATILITY Like all Otso bikes, the Warakin Ti sports our patented Tuning Chip rear dropout system, which allows the rider to lengthen or shorten the wheelbase by up to 20mm and raise or lower the bottom bracket by up to 4mm. For chunky gravel on remote roads, the longer wheelbase of the rear position is set for stability and comfort. For a quick spin around town or the CX course, the front position makes for snappy handling and agile control. The middle position? That's the best of both worlds. The Tuning Chip rear dropout system was designed because the bike should be just as versatile as its rider. The ability to fully customize the build of the bike makes the Fenrir as versatile as its rider. FENRIR WITH DROP BARS The Fenrir was designed with the option to be built with drop bars or MTB bars. When configured with drop bars, the Fenrir rides like an extra-capable gravel bike. The relatively longer top tube means a shorter stem is needed with drop bars to align with the rider's preferred reach. It can be built with standard road/CX/gravel bars for rides on local trails or with wider bars to fit a handlebar roll loaded with lots of gear. FENRIR WITH FLAT BARS When built with MTB bars, Fenrir rides like a 90s XC bike. It's fun and lively, yet efficient and Capable with a capital C. It can handle any sketchy descent or technical climb with ease. Because the top tube is relatively short for a mountain bike, a longer stem (80-90mm) is ideal for maintaining reach. Ride it on your local singletrack or load 'er up for that backcountry tour that you've been dreaming about--you know the one. However you choose to build it, Fenrir will ride any road/trail on the map and carry all the gear to get you there. OPTIMIZED FOR BIKEPACKING Every last feature of Fenrir is optimized for bikepacking. The stainless steel frame is strong, comfortable, and surprisingly light weight. It can be built with flat bars or drop bars depending on your affinity for large handlebar rolls. Single speed is an option for folks who like simplicity while touring. It has extra mounts on the frame and fork for hauling all the gear you'll need for days (or weeks) on the trail. The frame and fork can clear 29" x 2.6" or 27.5" x 2.8" tires for trails that are especially gnarly. No matter your destination and how long it takes to get there, Fenrir is ready. SINGLE SPEED All metal Otso bikes have the option to be built single speed or with gears. Fenrir is included in that group because it has a small notch on the rear dropout near the Tuning Chip. If you build your Fenrir with gears, but want to convert to single speed later on, there is a single speed Tuning Chip available ready to order alongside other accessories. Warakin Stainless has massive tire clearance because no two roads are the same. The Warakin Stainless has clearance for 700c x 51mm, 650b x 51mm, or 29" x 2.1" tires. Race gravel with 700c x 38mm semi-slicks, then swap in 29" x 2.1" for that bikepacking trip with gnarly trails without needing to ride a different bike. TUNING CHIP The Tuning Chip rear dropout system allows for adjustable bike geometry by changing the wheelbase by up to 20mm, bottom bracket height by up to 4mm, and head tube angle by 0.2º. This means you can easily switch between a bike with the responsive, agile handling of a shorter wheelbase and a bike with the confidence and stability of a longer wheelbase just by flipping the Tuning Chip. Use the back position for stability and confidence with its longer wheelbase, lower bottom bracket, and slack head tube angle. The front position is ideal for winding singletrack or the CX course with its shorter wheelbase, higher bottom bracket, and steeper head tube angle. The center position is the best of both worlds.
