It includes polyethylene inner liner and it makes the pull of brake lever much lighter. The outer diameter is 5mm and you can use 1.5mm or 1.6mm inner wire. Because of the increase of disk brake bicycles, a diversification of cable handling, and the usage of full outer cable, we provide you a total length of 3m (a regular length is 2m mostly), so there should be no necessity of extra length for your bike.
