This two hour class is focused on equipping participants with the diagnostic tools and knowledge they need to start their own maintenance routine for their bicycles. Topics covered will include cable stretch, drivetrain wear, brake pad wear, and basic cleaning and lubricating. All students are asked to bring their own bicycle. The class will be hands on and capped at 5 students. Expect an email the week leading up to class with further details! Classes start at 6:30 pm day of class and are two hours. This one hour class is focused on equipping participants with the tools and knowledge they need to confidently tackle a flat on the road -- it will cover the tools needed, diagnostics of different types of flats, how to select a tube, how to remove and install a tire and tube, and how to install and remove a rear wheel. All students will leave with a pair of tire levers and a patch kit. This class covers tubed tires only, but will offer some guidance on how to install a tube in a tubeless set up as well. All students are asked to bring their own bicycle or wheel. Please feel free to ask any questions that come up ahead of time.
