Traditionally, mountain cleats have only had two material options. Mild steel and brass. This has largely been to ensure that the cleat wore out faster than the pedal interface, but has left us with cleats that are often times very fast wearing, and in all cases, are quite heavy. Enter 6/4 Titanium, only slightly less hard than tool or spring steel used in the pedals, it's a remarkable 2.25 times stronger and 3 times tougher than brass or mild steel. Best of all, the extreme toughness and abrasion resistance of 6Al/4V titanium means that you can expect 300-400% wear life compared to traditional materials. Now we couldn't just stop there, but by combining 3D printing technology with this material that is 1/3 lighter than steel, we are able to achieve a cleat with internal lattice structure (called a gyroid) which maintains stiffness and strength while reducing weight to create a cleat set that is HALF the weight of a standard cleat set. This savings of 25-30 grams per set of cleats is significant over time, particularly in CX events where running is crucial. 25gm reduction x 100 rpm = 180kg of mass not lifted per hour of riding, 90kg per leg!

These are replacement spindles for our M/A/R/G 30 series cranks that use a 30mm spindle. Refer to the chart below to see which spindle will work for your configuration. FAIRWEATHER original pedal straps. Easy-fit velcro type belts. No toe clips are needed. The straps get wider compared to the original model and now they can secure your feet nice and tight when pulling up pedals like skidding. They don't twist and stretch when you slide your feet in and it provides you with the direct operation feelings. It also distribute and reduce the pressure to your feet with their wider straps. Improving the holding force and shape retention, we use strong 3-layer material which is laminated with highly strong nylon belt, velcro and ballistic nylon. The angled plate on the inner side allows it to create the three-dimensional shape and hold your feet well. This is the great thing for those who has high insteps like the Japanese. We've been through numerous testings and finally achieved this great fitting. One of the better things of pedal straps compared to toe clips is that your feet don't come out of pedals so much and you can keep the clearance between the front tire. We added a thinner strap inside of the main strap and it helps not to be loose and twisted. Our original model has got two metal loops, but this one has only one of it. Sometimes these metal parts cause the pain, but we make it less than before and now it's feet-friendly! Better in shape retention and it doesn't hit crank arms when you don't slide your feet in. You can even slide your feet in without seeing with these steady shaped straps. This is the hardest pedal straps ever without any exaggerations! *Pedals in the pictures not included
