It's a frame material that is as unique and seldom used as it is versatile and excellent for multiple types of riding. TIRE CLEARANCE 700c? Check! 650b? Double check! 29er? Triple check! Warakin Stainless has massive tire clearance because no two roads are the same. The Warakin Stainless has clearance for 700c x 51mm, 650b x 51mm, or 29" x 2.1" tires. Race gravel with 700c x 38mm semi-slicks, then swap in 29" x 2.1" for that bikepacking trip with gnarly trails without needing to ride a different bike. TUNING CHIP The Tuning Chip rear dropout system allows for adjustable bike geometry by changing the wheelbase by up to 20mm, bottom bracket height by up to 4mm, and head tube angle by 0.2º. This means you can easily switch between a bike with the responsive, agile handling of a shorter wheelbase and a bike with the confidence and stability of a longer wheelbase just by flipping the Tuning Chip. Use the back position for stability and confidence with its longer wheelbase, lower bottom bracket, and slack head tube angle. The front position is ideal for winding singletrack or the CX course with its shorter wheelbase, higher bottom bracket, and steeper head tube angle. The center position is the best of both worlds. PROGRESSIVE GEOMETRY Warakin's progressive geometry takes a page from the cross-country MTB playbook. Increased top tube length and a shorter stem maintain stack and reach while providing a lively 'can-do' attitude on rougher terrain. DROPPER FRIENDLY A small port near the bottom of the seat tube allows for the cable routing of a dropper post. If you don't ride with a dropper, you probably won't even notice the port. FOR THE LONG HAUL Numerous frame braze-ons allow Warakin to accommodate cable routing clamps, three water bottles, fenders, racks, frame bags, and more. Three braze-ons on either side of the fork allow for additional storage.

Equal parts science and magic, titanium is durable, lightweight, lively, corrosion resistant, and timeless. The tubing is seamless, butted, clean, and strong. It's because of the superior quality of titanium that we chose this material to lend to our heralded Warakin geometry as a bike that will endure the roughest roads in the harshest conditions and tell the stories for decades to come. EXTRA TIRE CLEARANCE If a bike is meant to ride any road in any condition, it needs to fit tires and wheels that will get you to and from your destination, while handling every bump along the way. The massive tire clearance of the Warakin Ti was built with this in mind. It'll fit 29" x 2.1" for that road that doesn't actually appear on the map, just as easily as 650b x 50mm for windy forest trails, or 700c x 35mm (or 700c x 50mm if you want a little extra) for your next gravel race. Because a frame that can last forever needs to have the ability to adapt to whatever the road (and the future) may bring. VERSATILITY Like all Otso bikes, the Warakin Ti sports our patented Tuning Chip rear dropout system, which allows the rider to lengthen or shorten the wheelbase by up to 20mm and raise or lower the bottom bracket by up to 4mm. For chunky gravel on remote roads, the longer wheelbase of the rear position is set for stability and comfort. For a quick spin around town or the CX course, the front position makes for snappy handling and agile control. The middle position? That's the best of both worlds. The Tuning Chip rear dropout system was designed because the bike should be just as versatile as its rider. Fast, Fun, Freedom The U.P. started the fast gravel category by combining road bike speed with go-anywhere tires & geometry. With its dropped chainstay for more tire clearance and dual wheel size compatibility, the U.P.(P.E.R.) became the de facto standard for performance gravel bikes. What's U.P.? The road position lets you get out of town quickly (unlike a mountain bike). Space for big tires gives you grip on tougher terrain (unlike a road bike). Get one set of all-round tires or dedicated wheelsets for fast & tough terrain. Available in 2 versions. U.P. and U.P.P.E.R. differ only in weight (180g less for the U.P.P.E.R.) and color (many options vs just matte black)*. Both also come in RTP (Ready-To-Paint) so you can have it custom-painted. Tire Clearance U.P. can fly like a road bike with a 700x28c tire or play like a dropbar mountain bike with a chunky 27.5x2.1". Dropped Chainstay Probably the most copied feature of the original U.P. (we're quite proud :-). Chainring(s), frame and tire all fight for space just behind the bottom bracket. The dropped chainstay gets around the chainring and away from the tire, thus increasing tire clearance. The result? Space for big (mountain bike) tires without needing wide cranks. So you can run road cranks with a low Q-factor (pedal stance) for the best pedaling efficiency. Our carbon layup So many marketing claims about carbon. But the truth is quite simple. - Every bike company has access to the same carbon. Compared to industries like aviation, carbon volume for bikes is too small for custom or exclusive. So all those different names for proprietary carbon are just that, names. - What matters: high-modulus carbon is stiff but brittle, low-modulus carbon is more flexible but tougher. You need stiff and tough, so the best layup is a blend and the ratio depends on what is most important in each area of the frame. - In some areas (main tubes for example), the blend has more high modulus (and even ultra-high modulus) carbon. Other areas (headtube for example) use more of the tough carbon. That’s how our frames are both light and durable. U–Turn The U-Turn has tire clearance in abundance. It’s also very light, thanks to another OPEN innovation: Smartmount. Standard, the bike industry uses four bolts plus an adaptor to attach the brake caliper to the fork. This allows for flipping between 140mm and 160mm rotors. However, SRAM and Shimano both always recommend 160mm for the front, so we remove the adaptor and two bolts to attach the caliper directly onto the fork for that rotor size. This makes the setup lighter, stiffer, safer. (Check our Specifications for the correct bolt lengths for each setup.) This design also cleans up the U-Turn fork legs and allows us to make a very light structure with very tunable stiffness and strength. Mixing design elements of traditional road and off-road frame specs, the GT-2 features Mosaic's straight gauge tubeset for comfort and compliance for a long day in the saddle. The redesigned MT-2 is exactly the bike we wanted to ride. Designed, built, and tested in Boulder, CO, we recognized our desire for a fast and efficient, highly capable hardtail. The MT-2 is equally at home on the start line of a marathon mountain bike race, as it is on an all-day big mountain adventure or a weekend bike-packing trip in the desert. The MT-2 is designed with modern geometry and componentry in mind, making it the ultimate trail companion. Intended to be built with a 120mm suspension fork, and with ample clearance for 29x2.6 tires, the MT-2 is a modern XC hardtail, with a hint of rowdy trail shredding built in. A size-specific straight gauge titanium tubeset delivers a lightweight and exceptionally strong frameset that is built to be durable, comfortable, and exceptionally fun to ride. Batch Built in Mosaic Stock Geometry, a limited number of MT-2's are available now with delivery in 2-4 weeks pending finishwork selection. Product Details We have taken our expansive history in gravel and brought forward a more capable and more powerful version of anything that we have ever made before. The Moots Express is a class 3, pedal assist e-bike all rolled up into a composite chassis. It starts off with a fully integrated cockpit via our MOD series stem, handlebar, and fork allowing all hoses and wires to be concealed neatly with the frame. The heart of the Express hinges around a state of the art Shimano EP801 drive unit which has the ability to keep adding assist all the way up to 28mph. Power comes from a 504Wh Shimano battery, so you can be confident that it will be safe, serviceable, and available for many years to come. The drivetrain consists of Shimano XT Linkglide components, specifically built for ebikes and specced for the gear range needed for gravel riding.
