Fast, Fun, Freedom The U.P. started the fast gravel category by combining road bike speed with go-anywhere tires & geometry. Dropped Chainstay Probably the most copied feature of the original U.P. (we're quite proud :-). Chainring(s), frame and tire all fight for space just behind the bottom bracket. The dropped chainstay gets around the chainring and away from the tire, thus increasing tire clearance. The result? Space for big (mountain bike) tires without needing wide cranks. So you can run road cranks with a low Q-factor (pedal stance) for the best pedaling efficiency. Our carbon layup So many marketing claims about carbon. But the truth is quite simple. - Every bike company has access to the same carbon. Compared to industries like aviation, carbon volume for bikes is too small for custom or exclusive. So all those different names for proprietary carbon are just that, names. - What matters: high-modulus carbon is stiff but brittle, low-modulus carbon is more flexible but tougher. You need stiff and tough, so the best layup is a blend and the ratio depends on what is most important in each area of the frame. - In some areas (main tubes for example), the blend has more high modulus (and even ultra-high modulus) carbon. Other areas (headtube for example) use more of the tough carbon. That’s how our frames are both light and durable. U–Turn The U-Turn has tire clearance in abundance. It’s also very light, thanks to another OPEN innovation: Smartmount. Standard, the bike industry uses four bolts plus an adaptor to attach the brake caliper to the fork. This allows for flipping between 140mm and 160mm rotors. However, SRAM and Shimano both always recommend 160mm for the front, so we remove the adaptor and two bolts to attach the caliper directly onto the fork for that rotor size. This makes the setup lighter, stiffer, safer. (Check our Specifications for the correct bolt lengths for each setup.) This design also cleans up the U-Turn fork legs and allows us to make a very light structure with very tunable stiffness and strength. The relatively longer top tube means a shorter stem is needed with drop bars to align with the rider's preferred reach. It can be built with standard road/CX/gravel bars for rides on local trails or with wider bars to fit a handlebar roll loaded with lots of gear. FENRIR WITH FLAT BARS When built with MTB bars, Fenrir rides like a 90s XC bike. It's fun and lively, yet efficient and Capable with a capital C. It can handle any sketchy descent or technical climb with ease. Because the top tube is relatively short for a mountain bike, a longer stem (80-90mm) is ideal for maintaining reach. Ride it on your local singletrack or load 'er up for that backcountry tour that you've been dreaming about--you know the one. However you choose to build it, Fenrir will ride any road/trail on the map and carry all the gear to get you there. DESIGNED FOR BIKEPACKING Every last feature of Fenrir Ti is optimized for bikepacking. The titanium frame is strong, smooth, and lighter than steel. It can be built with flat bars or drop bars depending on your affinity for large handlebar rolls. Single speed is an option for folks who like simplicity while touring. It has extra mounts on the frame and fork for hauling all the gear you'll need for days (or weeks) on the trail. The frame and fork can clear 29" x 2.6" or 27.5" x 2.8" tires for trails that are especially gnarly. No matter your destination and how long it takes to get there, Fenrir Ti is ready. SINGLE SPEED All metal Otso bikes have the option to be built single speed or with gears. Fenrir is included in that group because it has a small notch on the rear dropout near the Tuning Chip. If you build your Fenrir with gears, but want to convert to single speed later on, there is a single speed Tuning Chip ready to order alongside other accessories. There's no wrong way to build your Fenrir. SO MANY MOUNTS A bikepacking bike needs to be able to carry all the gear for days or weeks on the trail. Fenrir has mounts for bottles, fenders, and racks. The Enve fork also has three-pack mounts on either side for sharing the load. CAPABLE GEOMETRY Pick a trail on the map and ride it. Fenrir has the endurance of a gravel bike, with the stability of a mountain bike. Above all, it is Capable with a capital C so you can stay the course and reach your destination. DROPPER FRIENDLY A small port near the bottom of the seat tube allows for the cable routing of a dropper post. If you don't ride with a dropper, you probably won't even notice the port. AMPLE CLEARANCE Tires need to meet demands of the trail for traction, stability, and comfort. Fenrir can ride up to 29" x 2.6" or 27.5" x 2.8" tires.

Voytek 2 takes what the original Voytek started and makes it better. This is a fat bike that rides like a mountain bike on snowy trails. We overhauled Voytek geometry to give you a fat bike that lets you go even faster with more confidence. Voytek 2 has adjustable geometry via the patented Tuning Chip dropout system like all Otso bikes, as well as the new GeoChip head tube system that alters geometry at the front end of the bike. It has clearance for 26” x 4.6” or 27.5” x 4.5” tires, suspension correction for a suspension fork, internal cable routing, lower standover, and several more updates. When the snow melts, swap in a 29” plus wheelset to keep the party going all year. Voytek changed the world of fat bikes when we announced it in 2016. Voytek 2 is here to do it again. Narrow Q factor Voytek 2 feels more like riding a mountain bike than a bike built for 26" x 4.6" tires because it has a narrow Q factor. The Q factor of a bike is the distance between the outer surfaces of your two crank-arms. The narrower the Q factor, the more natural it feels to pedal and handle the bike because it is closer to your normal biomechanics. It also allows for stronger power transfer to the pedals, more efficient pedaling, and increased overall performance. Adjustable Geometry When pairing the GeoChip head tube system with the Tuning Chip rear dropout system, Voytek 2 geometry has unprecedented adjustability. Pair a long wheelbase with a slack head tube angle for a stable ride in deep snow. Pair a short wheelbase with a steeper head tube angle for a responsive ride on packed, tacky snow. Or mix and match based on your riding style. Customize Reach and Head Tube Angle GeoChip is a new integrated system that allows you to adjust reach and head tube angle. Three sets of flip chips nest in the frame and hold the headset upper and lower cups. One set of GeoChip flip chips allows for +/- 10mm of reach adjustment, another allows for +/- 1º of head tube angle adjustment, and the third allows for +/- 2º of head tube angle adjustment. This means that you can easily adjust your reach or head tube angle at home based on the riding ahead. With two reach options for each bike due to GeoChip, Voytek 2 effectively has eight frame sizes. Tuning Chip Rear Dropout System All Otso bikes are equipped with adjustable geometry via our patented Tuning Chip rear dropout system. The Tuning Chip can adjust the wheelbase by up to 20mm, raise or lower the bottom bracket by up to 4mm, and adjust the head tube angle by +/- 0.5º. With the machined aluminum flip chip in the rear position, Voytek 2 has a longer wheelbase, lower bottom bracket, and slacker head tube angle for confidence and stability in deeper snow. Use the front position for more responsive handling on packed trails with tight turns. A middle position chip pairs the best of both worlds. Tire Clearance and Wheel Swapping Voytek 2 can fit 26” x 4.6” or 27.5" x 4.5" tires on the stock rims. A full breakdown of tire/rim pairings can be found below in the Tech Specs. To achieve this wide tire clearance with an extremely narrow bottom bracket, the rear hub has a 5mm outboard offset to prevent chain rub. Voytek 2 can also fit 29” x 3.0” tires. So when the trails are packed with snow, ride 26” x 4.0” tires, then when the snow melts and the trails turn to dirt, swap in your 29” wheelset for plus mountain bike riding. Voytek 2 was designed to accommodate multiple wheel sizes without compromising ride quality. Modern MTB Geometry Voytek 2 builds on the geometry that we pioneered with our original Voytek. We gave Voytek 2 a slacker head tube angle, steeper seat tube angle, shorter standover. This updated geometry allows you to go faster with more confidence. Suspension Correction Voytek 2 is suspension corrected. This means that you can build it with a 120mm travel suspension fork without drastically changing the geometry of the bike with a rigid fork. Dropper Compatibility Dropper post routing has a fully internal sleeve via a port behind the head tube. The Wolf Tooth Resolve Dropper Post is an option on the Voytek 2 Custom Bike Builder. Large Front Triangle A larger front triangle means that you can fit more cargo for your ride. With a narrow Q-factor, your weight is closer to the centerline of the bike. This is especially important when cornering because it allows for tight, responsive control—the wider Q-factor found on most fat bikes spreads out your pedals and creates a floppy, unstable feel. The frame was designed around an 83mm bottom bracket, where most fat bikes have a bottom bracket north of the 100-110mm range. The ability to fully customize the build of the bike makes the Fenrir as versatile as its rider. FENRIR WITH FLAT BARS When built with MTB bars, Fenrir rides like a 90s XC bike. It's fun and lively, yet efficient and Capable with a capital C. It can handle any sketchy descent or technical climb with ease. Because the top tube is relatively short for a mountain bike, a longer stem (80-90mm) is ideal for maintaining reach. Ride it on your local singletrack or load 'er up for that backcountry tour that you've been dreaming about –you know the one. However you choose to build it, Fenrir will ride any road/trail on the map and carry all the gear to get you there. FENRIR WITH DROP BARS Fenrir was designed with the option to be built with drop bars or MTB bars. When configured with drop bars, the Fenrir rides like an extra-capable gravel bike. The relatively longer top tube means a shorter stem is needed with drop bars to align with the rider's preferred reach. It can be built with standard road/CX/gravel bars for rides on local trails or with wider bars to fit a handlebar roll loaded with lots of gear. SO MANY MOUNTS A bikepacking bike needs to be able to carry all the gear for days or weeks on the trail. Fenrir has mounts for bottles, fenders, and racks. The Q factor of a bike is the distance between the outer surfaces of your two crank-arms. The narrower the Q factor, the more natural it feels to pedal and handle the bike because it is closer to your normal biomechanics. It also allows for stronger power transfer to the pedals, more efficient pedaling, and increased overall performance. Adjustable Geometry When pairing the GeoChip head tube system with the Tuning Chip rear dropout system, Voytek 2 geometry has unprecedented adjustability. Pair a long wheelbase with a slack head tube angle for a stable ride in deep snow. Pair a short wheelbase with a steeper head tube angle for a responsive ride on packed, tacky snow. Or mix and match based on your riding style. Customize Reach and Head Tube Angle GeoChip is a new integrated system that allows you to adjust reach and head tube angle. Three sets of flip chips nest in the frame and hold the headset upper and lower cups. One set of GeoChip flip chips allows for +/- 10mm of reach adjustment, another allows for +/- 1º of head tube angle adjustment, and the third allows for +/- 2º of head tube angle adjustment. This means that you can easily adjust your reach or head tube angle at home based on the riding ahead. With two reach options for each bike due to GeoChip, Voytek 2 effectively has eight frame sizes. Tuning Chip Rear Dropout System All Otso bikes are equipped with adjustable geometry via our patented Tuning Chip rear dropout system. The Tuning Chip can adjust the wheelbase by up to 20mm, raise or lower the bottom bracket by up to 4mm, and adjust the head tube angle by +/- 0.5º. With the machined aluminum flip chip in the rear position, Voytek 2 has a longer wheelbase, lower bottom bracket, and slacker head tube angle for confidence and stability in deeper snow. Use the front position for more responsive handling on packed trails with tight turns. A middle position chip pairs the best of both worlds. To achieve this wide tire clearance with an extremely narrow bottom bracket, the rear hub has a 5mm outboard offset to prevent chain rub. Voytek 2 can also fit 29” x 3.0” tires. So when the trails are packed with snow, ride 26” x 4.0” tires, then when the snow melts and the trails turn to dirt, swap in your 29” wheelset for plus mountain bike riding. Voytek 2 was designed to accommodate multiple wheel sizes without compromising ride quality. Modern MTB Geometry Voytek 2 builds on the geometry that we pioneered with our original Voytek. When you do, it will always feel good. With nearly 30% of progression and a consistent linear rate of change, the Spur has an excellent balance of support and small bump sensitivity. Anti-squat is tuned to enhance pedaling performance and acceleration but doesn't get in the way of the suspension working when it's needed. The GiddyUp suspension, featuring a one-piece flex stay rear triangle, is tuned to work correctly with inline style rear shocks and designed to provide a balanced feel with 120mm travel forks. Riders are able to add or remove volume spacers in the rear shock to suit their individual riding style and there is plenty of bottom out control for when things get rowdy. The Q factor of a bike is the distance between the outer surfaces of your two crank-arms. The narrower the Q factor, the more natural it feels to pedal and handle the bike because it is closer to your normal biomechanics. It also allows for stronger power transfer to the pedals, more efficient pedaling, and increased overall performance. Adjustable Geometry When pairing the GeoChip head tube system with the Tuning Chip rear dropout system, Voytek 2 geometry has unprecedented adjustability. Pair a long wheelbase with a slack head tube angle for a stable ride in deep snow. Pair a short wheelbase with a steeper head tube angle for a responsive ride on packed, tacky snow. Or mix and match based on your riding style. Customize Reach and Head Tube Angle GeoChip is a new integrated system that allows you to adjust reach and head tube angle. Three sets of flip chips nest in the frame and hold the headset upper and lower cups. One set of GeoChip flip chips allows for +/- 10mm of reach adjustment, another allows for +/- 1º of head tube angle adjustment, and the third allows for +/- 2º of head tube angle adjustment. This means that you can easily adjust your reach or head tube angle at home based on the riding ahead. With two reach options for each bike due to GeoChip, Voytek 2 effectively has eight frame sizes. Tuning Chip Rear Dropout System All Otso bikes are equipped with adjustable geometry via our patented Tuning Chip rear dropout system. The Tuning Chip can adjust the wheelbase by up to 20mm, raise or lower the bottom bracket by up to 4mm, and adjust the head tube angle by +/- 0.5º. With the machined aluminum flip chip in the rear position, Voytek 2 has a longer wheelbase, lower bottom bracket, and slacker head tube angle for confidence and stability in deeper snow. Use the front position for more responsive handling on packed trails with tight turns. A middle position chip pairs the best of both worlds. Tire Clearance and Wheel Swapping Voytek 2 can fit 26” x 4.6” or 27.5" x 4.5" tires on the stock rims. A full breakdown of tire/rim pairings can be found below in the Tech Specs. To achieve this wide tire clearance with an extremely narrow bottom bracket, the rear hub has a 5mm outboard offset to prevent chain rub. Voytek 2 can also fit 29” x 3.0” tires. So when the trails are packed with snow, ride 26” x 4.0” tires, then when the snow melts and the trails turn to dirt, swap in your 29” wheelset for plus mountain bike riding.
