The Otso Fenrir is a ride-anywhere bike for bike-packing races and afternoon adventures alike. It can be built with drop bars or with MTB bars and both selections are available as stock build options. A tire clearance of 29” x 2.6” or 27.5” x 2.8” keeps the Fenrir rolling on rough terrain, while the extra frame and fork braze-ons are ready to carry gear for days or weeks on the trail. Like all Otso bikes, the Fenrir has adjustable geometry via the patented Tuning Chip rear dropout system that makes the bike as adaptable as its rider. VERSATILITY While all Otso bikes are known for their versatility, the Fenrir might be the most versatile yet. It was designed to accommodate drop bars with a 50mm stem or MTB bars with an 80mm stem. It can be built with gears or single speed, with a suspension fork or rigid, with a mechanical or electronic drivetrain, or with a dropper or rigid seat post. The ability to fully customize the build of the bike makes the Fenrir as versatile as its rider. FENRIR WITH DROP BARS The Fenrir was designed with the option to be built with drop bars or MTB bars. When configured with drop bars, the Fenrir rides like an extra-capable gravel bike. The relatively longer top tube means a shorter stem is needed with drop bars to align with the rider's preferred reach. It can be built with standard road/CX/gravel bars for rides on local trails or with wider bars to fit a handlebar roll loaded with lots of gear. FENRIR WITH FLAT BARS When built with MTB bars, Fenrir rides like a 90s XC bike. It's fun and lively, yet efficient and Capable with a capital C. It can handle any sketchy descent or technical climb with ease. Because the top tube is relatively short for a mountain bike, a longer stem (80-90mm) is ideal for maintaining reach. Ride it on your local singletrack or load 'er up for that backcountry tour that you've been dreaming about--you know the one. However you choose to build it, Fenrir will ride any road/trail on the map and carry all the gear to get you there. DESIGNED FOR BIKE-PACKING Every last feature of Fenrir Ti is optimized for bike-packing. The titanium frame is strong, smooth, and lighter than steel. It can be built with flat bars or drop bars depending on your affinity for large handlebar rolls. Single-speed is an option for folks who like simplicity while touring. It has extra mounts on the frame and fork for hauling all the gear you'll need for days (or weeks) on the trail. The frame and fork can clear 29" x 2.6" or 27.5" x 2.8" tires for trails that are especially gnarly. No matter your destination and how long it takes to get there, Fenrir Ti is ready. SINGLE SPEED All metal Otso bikes have the option to be built single-speed or with gears. Fenrir is included in that group because it has a small notch on the rear dropout near the Tuning Chip. If you build your Fenrir with gears but want to convert to single-speed later on, there is a single-speed Tuning Chip ready to order alongside other accessories. There's no wrong way to build your Fenrir. SO MANY MOUNTS A bike-packing bike needs to be able to carry all the gear for days or weeks on the trail. Fenrir has mounts for bottles, fenders, and racks. The Enve fork also has three-pack mounts on either side for sharing the load. CAPABLE GEOMETRY Pick a trail on the map and ride it. Fenrir has the endurance of a gravel bike, with the stability of a mountain bike. Above all, it is Capable with a capital C so you can stay the course and reach your destination. DROPPER FRIENDLY A small port near the bottom of the seat tube allows for the cable routing of a dropper post. If you don't ride with a dropper, you probably won't even notice the port. AMPLE CLEARANCE Tires need to meet the demands of the trail for traction, stability, and comfort. Fenrir can ride up to 29" x 2.6" or 27.5" x 2.8" tires.

The joy of riding starts even before the first pedal stroke, as its lightness, sleek appearance and midnight blue sheen with subtle color accents put a smile on your face. On the bike, you experience a rare mix of performance and comfort. Every gram has a function. Beyond it is nothing, except endless roads unknown. We love cutting edge engineering but we also love the classic bike aesthetic. The MIN.D. combines both. The MIN.D. (MINimal Design) exists because it’s the road bike we want to ride: - A high performance frame with our ultra-efficient tube shaping for power transfer, low weight & high strength - Continuous seattube design for extreme comfort without gimmicks. The continuous seattube means you do not have an area where a seatpost is inserted into the seattube and clamped. Such an area of overlapping tubes would effectively double the material and kill the compliance. - Tire clearance for modern road tires up to 33mm (tire labelling is unreliable. Always verify actual clearance) - Available in dedicated 2x and 1x versions for a super-clean look and 100% functionality - Proper fit is paramount for comfort. Our geometry is sportive (we still want to go fast) but with a realistic saddle-to-handlebar drop and reach. So many marketing claims about carbon. Yet the truth is quite simple: - Every bike company has access to the same carbon. Compared to industries like aviation, carbon volume for bikes is too small for custom or exclusive. So all those different names for proprietary carbon are just that, names. - What matters: high-modulus carbon is stiff but brittle, low modulus carbon is more flexible but tougher. You need stiff and tough, so the best layup is a blend and the ratio depends on what is most important in each area of the frame. - In some areas (main tubes for example), the blend has more high modulus (and even ultra-high modulus) carbon. Other areas (headtube for example) use more of the tough carbon. That’s how our frames are both light and durable. OPEN was the first to truly optimize a fork for flatmount brakes with its Smartmount connection: - Standard, the bike industry uses four bolts plus an adaptor to attach the brake caliper to the fork. This allows for flipping between 140mm and 160mm rotors. - However, SRAM and Shimano both always recommend 160mm for the front, so we remove the adaptor and two bolts to attach the caliper directly onto the fork for that rotor size. - This makes the setup lighter, stiffer, safer. (Check our Specifications for the correct bolt lengths for each setup.) - This design also cleans up the R-Turn fork legs and allows us to make a very light structure with very tunable stiffness and strength. Design is in the details: - Wire-Stays. Vertically thin chainstays and seatstays provide compliance, while their lateral width and layup ensure rock-solid propulsion. Truly the best of both worlds. - Ritchey Rail Clamp. Clean, simple, hassle-free, that’s why the Ritchey system is so popular. The MIN.D. comes standard with the side plates for round 7mm and 7x9.6mm oval rails. - Internal Routing. The MIN.D., internal routing is designed for all electronic groupsets, Shimano mechanical groups with FD cable stop and all 1x groups. Cockpit cables are left exposed for easy maintenance. - Thru-thread Dropouts. The lock bolt secures the hanger in the frame using the same threads that secure the thru axle on the other side. Simpler, lighter & optimized for the stiffest thru-axle: Syntace X-12. - Smartmount 160. The brake caliper attaches directly onto the frame, positioned for 160mm discs. Just like they do on the R-Turn fork. No adaptors or spacers and extra hardware required. Lighter, stiffer, safer. Included with frameset: - Headset - Seattube Top Clamp - Rail Clamp, Thru-Axles - 2 RD Hangers - 2 MultiStops (Di2, eTap) - Cable Exit Stop - Noise-Reduction Foam Sleeves - Bottle Cage Bolts - Manual ***************************************************************** The OPEN MIN.D frame and fork can be sold as is, or we can work with you to create your dream bike...give us a call at 612-722-1538 to discuss options. *****************************************************************

The Warakin Ti is an efficient, responsive, sprightly titanium bike that can handle any road in any weather. Using the progressive geometry of its Warakin Stainless predecessor, the Warakin Ti pairs unrivaled ride quality with the superior quality of titanium. It's a lightweight, durable, lively machine that will carry the rider to where they choose to go while enjoying every pedal stroke along the way. SUPERIOR TITANIUM The 3Al/2.5V B338 grade 9 titanium that we use for the Warakin Ti is the same titanium that has been a bicycle industry favorite for decades, and with good reason. Equal parts science and magic, titanium is durable, lightweight, lively, corrosion-resistant, and timeless. The tubing is seamless, butted, clean, and strong. It's because of the superior quality of titanium that we chose this material to lend to our heralded Warakin geometry as a bike that will endure the roughest roads in the harshest conditions and tell the stories for decades to come. EXTRA TIRE CLEARANCE If a bike is meant to ride any road in any condition, it needs to fit tires and wheels that will get you to and from your destination, while handling every bump along the way. The massive tire clearance of the Warakin Ti was built with this in mind. It'll fit 29" x 2.1" for that road that doesn't actually appear on the map, just as easily as 650b x 50mm for windy forest trails, or 700c x 35mm (or 700c x 50mm if you want a little extra) for your next gravel race. Because a frame that can last forever needs to have the ability to adapt to whatever the road (and the future) may bring. VERSATILITY Like all Otso bikes, the Warakin Ti sports our patented Tuning Chip rear dropout system, which allows the rider to lengthen or shorten the wheelbase by up to 20mm and raise or lower the bottom bracket by up to 4mm. For chunky gravel on remote roads, the longer wheelbase of the rear position is set for stability and comfort. For a quick spin around town or the CX course, the front position makes for snappy handling and agile control. The middle position? That's the best of both worlds. The Tuning Chip rear dropout system was designed because the bike should be just as versatile as its rider. TOP QUALITY Designed by the Otso engineering team, Warakin Ti frames are built by top fabricators in Taiwan and come with a five-year limited warranty. All bikes and frames are inspected and assembled at our headquarters in Minneapolis, MN USA. PROGRESSIVE GEOMETRY The progressive geometry of the Warakin Ti takes a page from the cross-country MTB playbook. Increased top tube length and a shorter stem maintain stack and reach while providing a lively ‘can-do’ attitude on rougher terrain. EXTRA MOUNTING OPTIONS Numerous braze-ons accommodate three bottles, fenders, racks, cable routing clamps, frame bags, and more. Mix in the Wolf Tooth B-RAD System to even further increase on-bike storage options. SUSPENSION-READY The geometry of the Warakin Ti includes an axle-to-crown measurement of 420mm, which allows for a shorter suspension fork.

The Earth Ship exists to be the lightest, fastest, and most comfortable gravel bike on the market. It is the epitome of what we believe a modern drop bar bike can and should be. This is our dream hand-crafted USA-made gravel race / all-road bike. It is light, nimble, capable, and most importantly comfortable for very long days in the saddle. As we’ve gotten less self-conscious and more independent-minded we’ve come to embrace taller stack heights as the future of endurance riding. One of our goals with the Earth Ship was to create a bike that looked as aesthetically pleasing as possible with high handlebars. When it comes to big days, we believe that “comfortable is fast!” You’ll find a full suite of features that include: - Three bottle mounts, top tube bag mount, and fender mounts. - The frame is built around our own Waypoint fork which has three-pack mounts on each leg and internal dynamo and brake routing. - For cable management, we’ve chosen to use Paragon’s modular system which allows the cleanest possible appearance and can be customized for AXS, 1X or a traditional two derailleur setup. We use full-round cable guides on the stays as we find plastic zip ties on high-end bikes to be an inelegant compromise. - Clearance for 700 X 50c or 650b X 2.2" tires GEOMETRY Gravel race geo with all-day comfort and bump absorption at the forefront. The tall stack, a slightly lowered bottom bracket, and generous stays yield an unbelievably smooth ride and inspire confidence when descending fast over loose terrain. Fairly traditional head tube and seat tube angles keep everything quick and maneuverable. TUBING A mix of Reynolds 853 and Columbus Life for the top and downtube. The seat stays and seat tube are custom designs from Fairing and the tapered head tube and chainstays (also a proprietary design) are sourced from Nova Cycles. FRAME SPEC - Handbuilt in our Minneapolis workshop - Wilde Waypoint Carbon Fork - Includes copper, handcrafted, Jen Green headbadge - Clearance for 700 x 50c or 650b x 2.2" - Three bottle mounts - Top tube feedbag mounts - Fender mounts - Tapered head tube with external cup: EC34/44 - 68mm bottom bracket shell - Flat mount brake - Rear Thru Axle M12 X 1.5 - Derailleur Hanger: SRAM UDH - Seatpost: 27.2mm - Seat Collar: 30.0 - Cable Guides: Paragon Modular guides under the downtube, and full loop braze-ons on the stays (No Zip Ties) **Complete bike picture shown to give you an example of that this bike will look like built up. OPTIMIZED FOR BIKEPACKING Every last feature of Fenrir is optimized for bike-packing. The stainless steel frame is strong, comfortable, and surprisingly lightweight. No matter your destination and how long it takes to get there, Fenrir is ready. SINGLE SPEED All metal Otso bikes have the option to be built single-speed or with gears. Fenrir is included in that group because it has a small notch on the rear dropout near the Tuning Chip. If you build your Fenrir with gears but want to convert to single-speed later on, there is a single-speed Tuning Chip available ready to order alongside other accessories.

Rather than start with a squirrely road bike and relaxing things into borderline manageable, we started with a mountain bike with shred surging through its veins and created the Chamois Hagar. It brings speed, stability, and that irrefutable Evil mischief to the otherwise safe and sensible drop bar market. Is it a gravel destroyer? It’s beyond that—whoever heard of a 66.67-degree headtube angle, 50mm stem, and a dropper post on a low-slung lightweight frame that can’t be dropped by even the most cadence-minded hammerheads? The Following of Gravel? That’s more like it—and just like that, shred came to gravel. The Chamois Hagar defies classification and exudes stoke, taking what we knew gravel to be, and redefining it. 700 x 50c tire clearance, 430mm chainstays, a 66.67-degree headtube angle, 80mm of BB drop, real reach and wheelbase measurements, and a mind-numbing array of customizable configurations. *This is for a frameset. Complete bike pictures shown to show what bike could look like built up.

The Waheela C is a carbon-framed drop bar bike with adjustable geometry, unrivaled ride quality, and enormous tire clearance for 700c x 54mm, 650b x 54mm, or 29" x 2.1" tires. It has extra frame and fork mounting points for bottles and racks, easily accessible internal cable routing options, compatibility for 1x or 2x electronic or mechanical drivetrains, and the ability to run a dropper post. No matter the road ahead (or under the tire), the Waheela C is ready. GIANT TIRE CLEARANCE Gravel comes in all shapes and sizes, from the packed limestone of Southeast Minnesota to the chunky roads of the Flint Hills of Kansas. The Waheela C is equipped with tire clearance to handle the terrain of your next race. Where most gravel bikes can fit 650b x 50mm but only 40mm with bigger wheels, the Waheela C keeps on rolling, with space for 700c x 54mm tires. It'll run 700c x 35mm when the roads are tacky and tidy, 700c x 42mm when there's a bit more uncertainty, 700c x 54mm when the gravel road turns to ATV trails, and anything in between. The Waheela C can also fit 29" x 2.1", 27.5" x 2.1", or 650b x 54mm if 700c isn't really your thing. In short, the Waheela C is ready for the road ahead. ADJUSTABLE GEOMETRY Like all Otso bikes, the Waheela C sports our patented Tuning Chip rear dropout system, which allows you to change the length of your wheelbase and the height of your bottom bracket. Put the Tuning Chip in the back position to get the stability and comfort of a longer wheelbase for a full day of riding gravel. Switch to the front position to get the agile handling and responsiveness required by your next CX race. And the middle position? That's the best of both worlds. The adjustable geometry of the Waheela C allows you to ride any road or any trail without needing to switch bikes. UNRIVALED RIDE QUALITY Our proprietary Waheela geometry was developed by our engineers for stability, confidence, and comfort on rough terrain. Where many gravel bikes put extra weight on the front wheel, the Waheela C centers the rider over both wheels. This makes for a more stable ride while allowing the compliant rear triangle to come into play and absorb the bumps of a gravel road. Meanwhile, the lightweight EPS molded carbon frame adds responsiveness and readiness for a sprint up that next hill. After a long day on the saddle, you'll find yourself adding a healthy amount of miles to tomorrow's ride. EXTRA MOUNTING POINTS Waheela C features fork bottle bosses, extra down tube mounting points (6 total), as well as top tube gas tank mounting points. Numerous braze-ons allow Waheela C to accommodate water bottles, fenders, racks, frame bags, and more. DETAILS THAT MATTER Internal brake and shifter routing with sleeves, carbon access door under the bottom bracket for easier routing, front and rear thru-axle, and threaded bottom bracket for reliable, easy service. This also allows you to run that dropper post you've been dreaming about. COMPATIBLE WITH 1X OR 2X Waheela C is 1x and 2x compatible with mechanical and electronic drivetrains. It's also fully compatible with both Shimano Di2 and SRAM eTap AXS, in case you don't want to take advantage of internal routing options. QUALITY ASSURED Designed by the Otso engineering team, Waheela C frames are manufactured in one of the premier carbon fiber factories in Taiwan and come with a 5-year limited warranty. All bikes are inspected and assembled at our headquarters in Minneapolis, MN USA.

Our original all-road bike. The Warakin Stainless was one of the first bikes we built when we created Otso in 2016. It's been such a hit over the years that we haven't changed the geometry one bit. Stainless steel has a ride quality that is familiar, yet surprising—smooth like steel, lively like titanium. The Warakin Stainless is ready for your next century, three-day bike-packing trip, or afternoon group ride. STAINLESS STEEL The supple and smooth ride quality of steel meets the corrosion resistance and lively feel of titanium. Stainless steel is lighter than you think, loads of fun, and ready for your next full day on the saddle. It's a frame material that is as unique and seldom used as it is versatile and excellent for multiple types of riding. TIRE CLEARANCE 700c? Check! 650b? Double check! 29er? Triple check! Warakin Stainless has massive tire clearance because no two roads are the same. The Warakin Stainless has clearance for 700c x 51mm, 650b x 51mm, or 29" x 2.1" tires. Race gravel with 700c x 38mm semi-slicks, then swaps in 29" x 2.1" for that bike-packing trip with gnarly trails without needing to ride a different bike. TUNING CHIP™ The Tuning Chip rear dropout system allows for adjustable bike geometry by changing the wheelbase by up to 20mm, bottom bracket height by up to 4mm, and head tube angle by 0.2º. This means you can easily switch between a bike with the responsive, agile handling of a shorter wheelbase and a bike with the confidence and stability of a longer wheelbase just by flipping the Tuning Chip. Use the back position for stability and confidence with its longer wheelbase, lower bottom bracket, and slack head tube angle. The front position is ideal for winding singletrack or the CX course with its shorter wheelbase, higher bottom bracket, and steeper head tube angle. The center position is the best of both worlds. TOP PERFORMER Unparalleled ride quality results from the combination of stainless steel and carefully thought-out frame geometry. The Warakin Stainless was designed by our engineers in Minnesota and manufactured by top steel frame fabricators in Taiwan. PROGRESSIVE GEOMETRY Warakin’s progressive geometry takes a page from the cross-country MTB playbook. Increased top tube length and a shorter stem maintain stack and reach while providing a lively ‘can-do’ attitude on rougher terrain. DROPPER FRIENDLY A small port near the bottom of the seat tube allows for the cable routing of a dropper post. If you don't ride with a dropper, you probably won't even notice the port. FOR THE LONG HAUL Numerous frame braze-ons allow Warakin to accommodate cable routing clamps, three water bottles, fenders, racks, frame bags, and more. Three braze-ons on either side of the fork allow for additional storage.

Steeped with more than 50 years of frame-building heritage, innovation, exploration, and lots of riding, the classic lines of this beautiful steel frame and carbon fiber fork unite with modern building techniques and proven materials to deliver a contemporary bicycle that’s wonderfully comfortable for long days in the saddle, nimble and stiff enough to win the sprint for that sign, and adequately adaptable to endure roads that might lack proper pavement. The Road Logic Disc frame is built with a heat-treated and triple-butted Ritchey Logic tubeset designed specifically for the Road Logic. It features aggressively short-butted sections optimized for TIG welding that save weight and improve ride quality. The frameset also includes a Ritchey WCS Carbon Road Fork for precise handling and responsiveness. Updated for 2024, this modern classic now sports compatibility with Shimano’s newest Di2 semi-wireless groupsets. A new drive side dropout design allows for concealed wire routing from the battery in the seat tube, through the bottom bracket area into the chainstay where it makes a stealthy exit to the rear derailleur. But mechanical shifting fans, rejoice - the Road Logic Disc frame retains cable stops for mechanical groupsets. On the non-drive side chainstay sits a new one-piece truss design for flat mount brakes - providing as much stiffness and strength of previous mounts while reducing chainstay weight significantly. With purpose-driven design, unyielding attention to detail, and modern features, the new Road Logic Disc almost telepathically delivers an amazing ride experience unlike any other bike. It’s fast, nimble, comfortable, and perfectly suited for wherever your rides take you. - Heat-treated, triple-butted Ritchey Logic tube set features short-butted sections optimized to save weight and improve ride quality - Now compatibility with Shimano newest Di2 semi-wireless groupsets - Painted to match Ritchey full carbon fork - Forged and machined straight head tube - Standard road spacing on frame and fork - Fits tires up to 30c - Ritchey WCS Carbon Road Fork included - 12x142 thru axle (included with frame) - Logic Zero WCS drop in 1-1/8" headset included
