INTRODUCING THE MELEE LTD X SRAM RED From ENVE’s Paint Lab, the Melee LTD brings a new level of sophistication. Only 50 will be produced and individually numbered. Featuring a dark red marble that fades to black with silver flake - the finish is designed to compliment SRAM’s new Red AXS components. The complete offering includes a paint-matched SES AR One-Piece Handlebar, SES 4.5 wheels with custom decals, and of course a full SRAM Red build. The Melee is a modern road racer that delivers on ENVE’s Real-World Fast™ design philosophy. From there, we will reach out to confirm sizing and build specs. Bikes will be delivered in the period between July 15th and July 30, 2024. ***************************************************************** Mind prepped, body ready, equipment on point. The rest is out of your control. When the gun goes off, a melee ensues. Confidence in ability and equipment provide an escape from the chaos. Real-World Fast The Melee takes design cues from our own Custom Road, but where the Custom Road prioritizes customization, the Melee prioritizes efficiency and speed. Versatility With geometry optimized around 27 to 32 mm tires, the Melee dials up the versatility, allowing you to tune your setup to meet the needs of the day. Fit and Geometry At the foundation of performance are bike fit and geometry. If those two fundamentals are not established, all the engineering wizardry won’t save your ride. You need a sound fit and refined geometry to give you the confidence and comfort needed to tap into your bike’s performance. Offered in seven sizes with five fork rakes, the Melee has your ideal fit in mind – like no other race bike on the market. Shaped for Speed Developed in CFD and the wind tunnel, the Melee features refined tube shapes that have been tuned to complement our own SES™ rim shapes and deliver aerodynamic performance that is Real-World Fast™. Additional features such as the IN-Route System add to the Melee’s slippery design. Integrated for Speed The IN-Route System routes wires and hoses through the bar, stem, and headset, where they’re secured using ENVE’s anti-rattle finishing kit – allowing them to remain silent, out of sight, and out of the wind. Ride Tuned While three fork rakes can service the bulk of riders, we’ve added two extra fork rakes to specifically accommodate the smallest and largest of riders. This ensures that the Melee, regardless of size, will deliver the same level of responsive, confidence-inspiring handling required of a race bike. Product Details - Real-World Fast™ aero optimization - Tube shapes complement SES rim shapes - Max Tire Clearance: 35 mm - Frame Weight: 850 grams (56cm, Painted, No Hardware)

The joy of riding starts even before the first pedal stroke, as its lightness, sleek appearance and midnight blue sheen with subtle color accents put a smile on your face. On the bike, you experience a rare mix of performance and comfort. Every gram has a function. Beyond it is nothing, except endless roads unknown. We love cutting edge engineering but we also love the classic bike aesthetic. The MIN.D. combines both. The MIN.D. (MINimal Design) exists because it’s the road bike we want to ride: - A high performance frame with our ultra-efficient tube shaping for power transfer, low weight & high strength - Continuous seattube design for extreme comfort without gimmicks. The continuous seattube means you do not have an area where a seatpost is inserted into the seattube and clamped. Such an area of overlapping tubes would effectively double the material and kill the compliance. - Tire clearance for modern road tires up to 33mm (tire labelling is unreliable. Always verify actual clearance) - Available in dedicated 2x and 1x versions for a super-clean look and 100% functionality - Proper fit is paramount for comfort. Our geometry is sportive (we still want to go fast) but with a realistic saddle-to-handlebar drop and reach. So many marketing claims about carbon. Yet the truth is quite simple: - Every bike company has access to the same carbon. Compared to industries like aviation, carbon volume for bikes is too small for custom or exclusive. So all those different names for proprietary carbon are just that, names. - What matters: high-modulus carbon is stiff but brittle, low modulus carbon is more flexible but tougher. You need stiff and tough, so the best layup is a blend and the ratio depends on what is most important in each area of the frame. - In some areas (main tubes for example), the blend has more high modulus (and even ultra-high modulus) carbon. Other areas (headtube for example) use more of the tough carbon. That’s how our frames are both light and durable. OPEN was the first to truly optimize a fork for flatmount brakes with its Smartmount connection: - Standard, the bike industry uses four bolts plus an adaptor to attach the brake caliper to the fork. This allows for flipping between 140mm and 160mm rotors. - However, SRAM and Shimano both always recommend 160mm for the front, so we remove the adaptor and two bolts to attach the caliper directly onto the fork for that rotor size. - This makes the setup lighter, stiffer, safer. (Check our Specifications for the correct bolt lengths for each setup.) - This design also cleans up the R-Turn fork legs and allows us to make a very light structure with very tunable stiffness and strength. Design is in the details: - Wire-Stays. Vertically thin chainstays and seatstays provide compliance, while their lateral width and layup ensure rock-solid propulsion. Truly the best of both worlds. - Ritchey Rail Clamp. Clean, simple, hassle-free, that’s why the Ritchey system is so popular. The MIN.D. comes standard with the side plates for round 7mm and 7x9.6mm oval rails. - Internal Routing. The MIN.D., internal routing is designed for all electronic groupsets, Shimano mechanical groups with FD cable stop and all 1x groups. Cockpit cables are left exposed for easy maintenance. - Thru-thread Dropouts. The lock bolt secures the hanger in the frame using the same threads that secure the thru axle on the other side. Simpler, lighter & optimized for the stiffest thru-axle: Syntace X-12. - Smartmount 160. The brake caliper attaches directly onto the frame, positioned for 160mm discs. Just like they do on the R-Turn fork. No adaptors or spacers and extra hardware required. Lighter, stiffer, safer. Included with frameset: - Headset - Seattube Top Clamp - Rail Clamp, Thru-Axles - 2 RD Hangers - 2 MultiStops (Di2, eTap) - Cable Exit Stop - Noise-Reduction Foam Sleeves - Bottle Cage Bolts - Manual ***************************************************************** The OPEN MIN.D frame and fork can be sold as is, or we can work with you to create your dream bike...give us a call at 612-722-1538 to discuss options. *****************************************************************

The Warakin Ti is an efficient, responsive, sprightly titanium bike that can handle any road in any weather. Using the progressive geometry of its Warakin Stainless predecessor, the Warakin Ti pairs unrivaled ride quality with the superior quality of titanium. It's a lightweight, durable, lively machine that will carry the rider to where they choose to go while enjoying every pedal stroke along the way. SUPERIOR TITANIUM The 3Al/2.5V B338 grade 9 titanium that we use for the Warakin Ti is the same titanium that has been a bicycle industry favorite for decades, and with good reason. Equal parts science and magic, titanium is durable, lightweight, lively, corrosion-resistant, and timeless. The tubing is seamless, butted, clean, and strong. It's because of the superior quality of titanium that we chose this material to lend to our heralded Warakin geometry as a bike that will endure the roughest roads in the harshest conditions and tell the stories for decades to come. EXTRA TIRE CLEARANCE If a bike is meant to ride any road in any condition, it needs to fit tires and wheels that will get you to and from your destination, while handling every bump along the way. The massive tire clearance of the Warakin Ti was built with this in mind. It'll fit 29" x 2.1" for that road that doesn't actually appear on the map, just as easily as 650b x 50mm for windy forest trails, or 700c x 35mm (or 700c x 50mm if you want a little extra) for your next gravel race. Because a frame that can last forever needs to have the ability to adapt to whatever the road (and the future) may bring. VERSATILITY Like all Otso bikes, the Warakin Ti sports our patented Tuning Chip rear dropout system, which allows the rider to lengthen or shorten the wheelbase by up to 20mm and raise or lower the bottom bracket by up to 4mm. For chunky gravel on remote roads, the longer wheelbase of the rear position is set for stability and comfort. For a quick spin around town or the CX course, the front position makes for snappy handling and agile control. The middle position? That's the best of both worlds. The Tuning Chip rear dropout system was designed because the bike should be just as versatile as its rider. TOP QUALITY Designed by the Otso engineering team, Warakin Ti frames are built by top fabricators in Taiwan and come with a five-year limited warranty. All bikes and frames are inspected and assembled at our headquarters in Minneapolis, MN USA. PROGRESSIVE GEOMETRY The progressive geometry of the Warakin Ti takes a page from the cross-country MTB playbook. Increased top tube length and a shorter stem maintain stack and reach while providing a lively ‘can-do’ attitude on rougher terrain. EXTRA MOUNTING OPTIONS Numerous braze-ons accommodate three bottles, fenders, racks, cable routing clamps, frame bags, and more. Mix in the Wolf Tooth B-RAD System to even further increase on-bike storage options. SUSPENSION-READY The geometry of the Warakin Ti includes an axle-to-crown measurement of 420mm, which allows for a shorter suspension fork.

Rather than start with a squirrely road bike and relaxing things into borderline manageable, we started with a mountain bike with shred surging through its veins and created the Chamois Hagar. It brings speed, stability, and that irrefutable Evil mischief to the otherwise safe and sensible drop bar market. Is it a gravel destroyer? It’s beyond that—whoever heard of a 66.67-degree headtube angle, 50mm stem, and a dropper post on a low-slung lightweight frame that can’t be dropped by even the most cadence-minded hammerheads? The Following of Gravel? That’s more like it—and just like that, shred came to gravel. The Chamois Hagar defies classification and exudes stoke, taking what we knew gravel to be, and redefining it. 700 x 50c tire clearance, 430mm chainstays, a 66.67-degree headtube angle, 80mm of BB drop, real reach and wheelbase measurements, and a mind-numbing array of customizable configurations. *This is for a frameset. This is the go-to drop bar bike for daily usage as well as all of your endurance riding. The Earth Ship is our dream handbuilt USA-made gravel race / all-road bike that can also flex into bike packing. It is light, nimble, capable, and most importantly comfortable for very long days in the saddle. As we’ve gotten less self-conscious and more independent-minded we’ve come to embrace taller stack heights as the future of endurance riding. One of our goals with the Earth Ship was to create a bike that looked as aesthetically pleasing as possible with high handlebars. When it comes to endurance riding, we believe that “comfortable is fast!” You’ll find a full suite of features that include: - Three bottle mounts, top tube bag mount, and fender mounts. - The frame is built around the incredible Enve Adventure fork which has three-pack mounts on each leg and internal dynamo and brake routing. - For cable management on the frame we’ve chosen to use Paragon’s modular system which allows the cleanest possible appearance and can be customized for AXS, 1X or a traditional two derailleur setup. We use full round cable guides on the stays as we find plastic zip ties on high-end bikes to be an inelegant compromise. - Clearance for 700 X 50c or 650b X 2.2" tires GEOMETRY Gravel Race Geo with all-day comfort and bump absorption at the forefront. The tall stack, a slightly lowered bottom bracket, and generous stays yield an unbelievably smooth ride and inspire confidence when descending fast over loose terrain. A fairly traditional head tube and seat tube angle keeps everything quick and maneuverable, we favor trail numbers in the 60’s as we want an agile and responsive front end. TUBING A mix of Reynolds 853 and Columbus Life for the top and downtube. The seat stays and seat tube are custom designs from Fairing and the tapered head tube and chainstays (also a proprietary design) are sourced from Nova Cycles. FRAME SPEC - Handbuilt in USA - Enve Adventure Fork - Includes copper, handcrafted, Jen Green headbadge - Clearance for 700 X 50c or 650b X 2.2" - Three bottle mounts - Top tube feedbag mount - Fender mounts - Tapered head tube with external cup: EC34/44 - 68mm bottom bracket shell - Flat mount - Thru Axle - Rear Thru Axle M12 X 1.5 - Derailleur Hanger: Paragon B4085 - Seatpost: 27.2mm - Seat Collar: 30.8 - Cable Guides: Paragon under the downtube modular and full ring guides on the stays (No Zip Ties) **Complete bike picture shown to give you an example of that this bike will look like built up. CLIMB, CORNER AND DESCEND WITH SPEED AND EFFICIENCY. FROM THE MOUNTAINS TO THE FLATS, IN ALL TYPES OF CONDITIONS, THIS LIGHTWEIGHT COMPOSITE ROAD RACER TAKES YOU TO THE NEXT LEVEL. Class-leading efficiency - With an outstanding stiffness-to-weight ratio and updated aero tube shaping, this frameset is engineered for superior climbing capabilities, aerodynamic efficiency and sprint stiffness for race-winning performance. Advanced aerodynamics - This is where the TCR’s most quantifiable gains can be found compared to previous generation models. Every tube shape was analyzed, engineered and tested to create an overall structure with significantly lower drag at a wider range of yaw angles. Total control - Integrated disc brakes deliver smooth, powerful stopping power and modulation for added control in variable weather and road conditions. Flat mounts and new thru-axles boost stiffness and improve overall handling, while added frame and fork clearance allows for larger diameter tires up to 32mm. ADVANCED COMPOSITE TECHNOLOGY - Giant’s High Performance Grade raw carbon material is used to produce this custom frame material in our own composite factory with a high stiffness-to-weight ratio. The front triangle of these framesets is assembled and molded as one continuous piece in a proprietary manufacturing process called Modified Monocoque Construction. OVERDRIVE 2 - The most advanced steerer tube technology in today’s Giant bikes. Designed to offer unprecedented front-end steering performance, the system’s oversized headset bearings (1 1/2” lower, 1 1/4” upper) and tapered steerer tube work in harmony to provide supreme steering stiffness. COMPACT ROAD DESIGN - Introduced by Giant with the professional Team ONCE in the 1990s, Compact Road revolutionized the look and feel of high-performance road bikes forever. A downward sloping toptube (from the headtube to the seattube) creates smaller front and rear triangles for a lighter, stiffer bike. It also makes it easier for riders of all sizes to have a perfect fit. POWERCORE - A massively oversized bottom-bracket/chainstay area features a fully integrated, 86-millimeter wide bottom-bracket design (92-millimeter wide for off-road bikes). Asymmetric chainstays provide additional stiffness on the driveside and stability on the non-driveside. VARIANT SEATPOST - This proprietary seatpost design offers an optimized balance of light weight, superior ride quality and simple adjustment to enhance the total race performance of the TCR road range.

Steeped with more than 50 years of frame-building heritage, innovation, exploration, and lots of riding, the classic lines of this beautiful steel frame and carbon fiber fork unite with modern building techniques and proven materials to deliver a contemporary bicycle that’s wonderfully comfortable for long days in the saddle, nimble and stiff enough to win the sprint for that sign, and adequately adaptable to endure roads that might lack proper pavement. The Road Logic Disc frame is built with a heat-treated and triple-butted Ritchey Logic tubeset designed specifically for the Road Logic. It features aggressively short-butted sections optimized for TIG welding that save weight and improve ride quality. The frameset also includes a Ritchey WCS Carbon Road Fork for precise handling and responsiveness. Updated for 2024, this modern classic now sports compatibility with Shimano’s newest Di2 semi-wireless groupsets.
