You’re not hanging up your wheels when the snow flies and you love the solitude of quiet winter adventures. This overlanding machine is built for you. Our 20+ year history of building fat bikes all comes together in a modern take in the Forager. The Forager is built to hold a 27.5 x 4.5’’ tire with plenty of room for icicles. Built with current fat bike standards such as 197 x 12 rear spacing, 120mm bottom bracket shell and 150 x 15 fork, this set up will stand the test of time. At the heart of the Forager is a proprietary double butted top and down tube in the largest diameters we’ve built from, giving us the strongest, stiffest and best tracking fat bike we have ever made. The Forager is not limited to just the cold surfaces, with bike packing and bike adventuring fitting right into its oversized wheel house. We’ve taken everything we’ve learned from building fat bikes for over 20 years and combined all of that knowledge into our most advanced offering in this category. The bottom line: Fresh snow, hard pack snow and deep winter adventures are at your beckon call. No surface should be left off the list with this beast of a bike. ***The large, Stanley finished Forager has been on a few test rides. Please confirm you're ok with that before ordering. From early pioneers like Rob Warner in the 1990s to world champions including Myles Rockwell (2000) and Danny Hart (2011), many of downhill racing's greatest legends have flown the flag for Giant over the years. This special-edition frameset celebrates that heritage with vintage Giant colors and design. Beneath the stunning paint lies cutting-edge DH design and technology including full-composite construction, an all-new Maestro suspension system, and ultra adjustability to tackle different types of DH terrain. KEY PERFORMANCE FACTORS RACE-READY SUSPENSION A new Maestro rear suspension system, developed over several seasons of World Cup racing with Giant engineers and pro athletes, features 200mm of smooth, active travel for race-winning speed. The rear suspension is paired with a 203mm travel fork, providing superior confidence and control on the most extreme DH racetracks and trails. ULTRA ADJUSTABLE Three flip chips provide unprecedented adjustability. First, a three-position Maestro flip chip lets you dial in frame geometry for your riding style and terrain. Next, a new headset flip chip adjusts reach so you can easily achieve perfect positioning. And finally, a rear dropout flip chip lets you adjust the overall wheelbase and handling characteristics. REAR WHEEL OPTIONS Choose either a 29-inch or 27.5-inch rear wheel. Frameset can be built with a mixed wheel "mullet" setup that many racers prefer with the smaller rear wheel creating a snappy, agile feel and increased saddle-to-tire clearance in the rear. For those who favor the rollover speed and stability of two 29-inch wheels, you can easily swap out the rear wheel. HIGHLIGHTS: Thoroughly reengineered from the ground up, the new Glory Advanced features a lightweight, super strong composite frame, 200mm of Maestro rear suspension (with a 203mm fork up front), and multiple flip chips to dial in geometry, rear wheel size, fit and positioning. The stock setup is a mixed-wheel configuration with a 29-inch front and 27.5-inch rear, striking a perfect balance of roll-over speed and maneuverability. Riders also have the option to switch to a 29-inch rear wheel using a simple two-position flip chip on the rear dropout. The legend is back. ADVANCED COMPOSITE Mainframe and rear swingarm crafted with high-performance grade raw carbon fiber and custom resin that's custom made in Giant's own composite factory. Handcrafted monocoque construction makes it extremely lightweight, stiff and compliant. MAESTRO SUSPENSION Four strategically positioned pivot points and two linkages all work together to create a single floating pivot for the most active, efficient and independent suspension system on the trail. ADVANCED FORGED COMPOSITE A state-of-the-art high-pressure molding process is used to produce the hybrid aluminum/carbon fiber upper rocker link that's lighter, stiffer and stronger than pure aluminum. ADJUSTABLE DH GEOMETRY Frame geometry can be adjusted between three settings to match riding style and terrain. You can select a 61.6, 62 or 62.3-degree head angle and corresponding 78.4, 78.8, or 79.1-degree seat tube angle, resulting in a 13, 8 or 3mm bottom bracket drop (size M/L). ADJUSTABLE WHEELBASE A flip chip on the rear dropout can be set to a Long or Short position to adjust the wheelbase and rear-center measurement. The Short position results in quicker, more agile handling for tight, technical terrain. The Long position extends the wheelbase for added stability on faster trails with longer straightaways and high-speed cornering. REACH ADJUST A three-position flip chip at the headset lets riders quickly dial in cockpit dimensions and geometry. This modular system has two positioning chips that can be removed and swapped to achieve a Short (-5mm), Mid (0mm) or Long (+5mm) reach and fine-tune the bike's handling and rider positioning. REAR WHEEL OPTIONS Riders can choose either a 29- or 27.5-inch rear wheel, paired with a 29-inch front wheel. The larger 29-inch option improves stability and roll-over capabilities, while the 27.5 option delivers a more agile, snappier feel. It's a quick and easy change to adjust the bike's handling and feel. MEGADRIVE A massive rectangular down tube and oversized top tube provide superior lateral and torsional steering precision. The precisely engineered, rectangular shaped down tube yields unprecedented steering and pedaling stiffness.

Fast, Fun, Freedom The U.P. started the fast gravel category by combining road bike speed with go-anywhere tires & geometry. With its dropped chainstay for more tire clearance and dual wheel size compatibility, the U.P.(P.E.R.) became the de facto standard for performance gravel bikes. What's U.P.? The road position lets you get out of town quickly (unlike a mountain bike). Space for big tires gives you grip on tougher terrain (unlike a road bike). Get one set of all-round tires or dedicated wheelsets for fast & tough terrain. Available in 2 versions. U.P. and U.P.P.E.R. differ only in weight (180g less for the U.P.P.E.R.) and color (many options vs just matte black)*. Both also come in RTP (Ready-To-Paint) so you can have it custom-painted. Tire Clearance U.P. can fly like a road bike with a 700x28c tire or play like a dropbar mountain bike with a chunky 27.5x2.1". So whether you ride it with road or mountain bike tires, on pavement or off-road, you always experience agile, responsive and confident handling. Dropped Chainstay Probably the most copied feature of the original U.P. (we're quite proud :-). Chainring(s), frame and tire all fight for space just behind the bottom bracket. The dropped chainstay gets around the chainring and away from the tire, thus increasing tire clearance. The result? Space for big (mountain bike) tires without needing wide cranks. So you can run road cranks with a low Q-factor (pedal stance) for the best pedaling efficiency. Our carbon layup So many marketing claims about carbon. But the truth is quite simple. - Every bike company has access to the same carbon. Compared to industries like aviation, carbon volume for bikes is too small for custom or exclusive. So all those different names for proprietary carbon are just that, names. - What matters: high-modulus carbon is stiff but brittle, low-modulus carbon is more flexible but tougher. You need stiff and tough, so the best layup is a blend and the ratio depends on what is most important in each area of the frame. - In some areas (main tubes for example), the blend has more high modulus (and even ultra-high modulus) carbon. Other areas (headtube for example) use more of the tough carbon. That’s how our frames are both light and durable. U–Turn The U-Turn has tire clearance in abundance. It’s also very light, thanks to another OPEN innovation: Smartmount. Standard, the bike industry uses four bolts plus an adaptor to attach the brake caliper to the fork. This allows for flipping between 140mm and 160mm rotors. However, SRAM and Shimano both always recommend 160mm for the front, so we remove the adaptor and two bolts to attach the caliper directly onto the fork for that rotor size. This makes the setup lighter, stiffer, safer. (Check our Specifications for the correct bolt lengths for each setup.) This design also cleans up the U-Turn fork legs and allows us to make a very light structure with very tunable stiffness and strength. Design is in the details Wire-Stays - Vertically thin chainstays and seatstays provide compliance, while their lateral width and layup ensure rock-solid propulsion. Truly the best of both worlds. Flat-Out Downtube - The downtube drives stiffness, connecting your steering center to your drivetrain. The flat sides places strips of ultra-high modulus carbon where it matters most. Zero-Setback Seattube - A zero-offset seatpost is lighter & more efficient, so we have designed our seattube angle such that most riders can use a zero-offset rather than an off-set seatpost. Internal Routing Internal cables & hoses through the frame stay clean & protected and frankly, they look better. In the cockpit we leave them exposed for easy maintenance. ***************************************************************** The OPEN U.P(P.E.R.) frame and fork can be sold as is, or we can work with you to create your dream bike...give us a call at 612-722-1538 to discuss options. *****************************************************************

The Exie USA is a World-Cup capable cross-country race bike that flat out shreds. With a sub 2,000g frame weight and dw-link suspension, it offers a stunning combination of pedaling efficiency and downhill performance. We designed, built, and tested it in our Santa Cruz factory, which is powered by the warm California sunshine. RACE PROVEN Jenny Rissveds won the 2023 Lenzerheide XCC World Cup Cross Country Event on the Ibis Exie, a bike we quite literally made in our own backyard here in Northern California! BUILT BY US We build each Exie USA in our Northern California factory. This gives us the utmost control, which enables us to hit remarkable frame strength, stiffness, and weight targets for this frame. SIZE SPECIFIC SEAT ANGLES Whether you're racing short track or on a multi day epic, the Exie's seat tube angles allows you to harness your strongest muscles, while reducing any potential knee or wrist strain. We've also steepened the seat tube angles as the frames get larger, to allow riders with different inseams to achieve the same riding positions. DW-LINK SUSPENSION Don't squander a single watt. Our dw-link suspension platform offers incredible climbing efficiency and traction along with plush, downhill-crushing goodness. RIDE MORE, WRENCH LESS We use bushings where it makes sense and bearings where it doesn't. The IGUS bushings in our lower link are lighter, stiffer, and virtually maintenance free. We've also added features like a threaded bottom bracket to help make any future maintenance easy. INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING Internal cable routing doesn't have to be a pain. We've added internal tubes to our tubes, no picksets, flashlights, or swear words required. 2.4" TIRE CLEARANCE You can run overbuilt, chunky tires; you can run light, big volume fast tires, but whatever you run, you're not limited by width. 2X BOTTLE CLEARANCE The Exie USA has clearance for two water bottles inside the front triangle on every size frame. INTEGRATED CHAIN GUIDE Drop the hammer, not your chain. LIFETIME WARRANTY If it's our fault, we'll fix it. Simple as that.

The joy of riding starts even before the first pedal stroke, as its lightness, sleek appearance and midnight blue sheen with subtle color accents put a smile on your face. On the bike, you experience a rare mix of performance and comfort. Every gram has a function. Beyond it is nothing, except endless roads unknown. We love cutting edge engineering but we also love the classic bike aesthetic. The MIN.D. combines both. The MIN.D. (MINimal Design) exists because it’s the road bike we want to ride: - A high performance frame with our ultra-efficient tube shaping for power transfer, low weight & high strength - Continuous seattube design for extreme comfort without gimmicks. The continuous seattube means you do not have an area where a seatpost is inserted into the seattube and clamped. Such an area of overlapping tubes would effectively double the material and kill the compliance. - Tire clearance for modern road tires up to 33mm (tire labelling is unreliable. Always verify actual clearance) - Available in dedicated 2x and 1x versions for a super-clean look and 100% functionality - Proper fit is paramount for comfort. Our geometry is sportive (we still want to go fast) but with a realistic saddle-to-handlebar drop and reach. So many marketing claims about carbon. Yet the truth is quite simple: - Every bike company has access to the same carbon. Compared to industries like aviation, carbon volume for bikes is too small for custom or exclusive. Go fast, get rowdy and nail new lines. With a full-composite chassis, developed with Giant's enduro racing pros, this hard-charging 29er has 160mm of maestro rear suspension, adjustable geometry, and the option to switch to a 27.5-inch rear wheel. KEY PERFORMANCE FACTORS: - Race-bred suspension A Maestro rear suspension system with 160mm of travel, paired with a 170mm fork, was developed and tested under the extreme conditions of Enduro World Series races. The trunnion mount shock has a longer stroke (62.5mm compared to 60mm on the previous gene - Adjustable enduro geometry Flip chip technology lets you switch between three settings depending on the terrain. You can select a 63.5, 63.9 or 64.2-degree head angle and corresponding 78.3, 78.7 or 79-degree seat tube angle, resulting in a 35, 30 or 25mm bottom bracket drop (size - Rear wheel options Riders can choose either the stock 29-inch rear wheel or switch to 27.5. The larger 29-inch option improves stability and roll-over capabilities, while 27.5 delivers a more agile, snappier feel. It's a quick and easy way to adjust the bike's handling and TECHS & FEATURES: - ADVANCED COMPOSITE TECHNOLOGY Giant's High Performance Grade raw carbon material is used to produce this custom frame material in our own composite factory with a high stiffness-to-weight ratio. The front triangle of these framesets is assembled and molded as one continuous piece in a proprietary manufacturing process called Modified Monocoque Construction. - ADVANCED FORGED COMPOSITE TECHNOLOGY A state-of-the-art high-pressure molding process is used to produce complex-shaped carbon fiber components that are lighter, stiffer and stronger than similar components made from aluminum. This technology is used in critical performance parts such as Maestro Suspension rocker links. - MAESTRO SUSPENSION TECHNOLOGY Four strategically positioned pivot points and two linkages all work together to create a single floating pivot for the most active, efficient and independent suspension system on the trail. - OVERDRIVE Giant's original oversized fork steerer tube technology. Designed to provide precise front-end steering performance, the system's oversized headset bearings (1 1/4" lower and 1 1/8" upper for road, 1 1/2" lower and 1 1/8" upper for mountain) and tapered steerer tube work in conjunction to provide optimal steering stiffness. - TUBELESS SYSTEM Fewer flat tires. Greater traction. Less rolling resistance and a smoother, faster ride. Giant's Tubeless System makes it easier than ever to experience all these benefits. - FLIP CHIP - MAESTRO The flip chip allows riders to quickly adjust the geometry of their Maestro-equipped mountain bike to better suit how and where they ride. It lets riders change the headtube/seattube angles and bottom bracket height via eccentric (offset, two-position) hardware located on the upper rocker arm.

Open WI.DE (Winding Detours) - Monster Tires, Nimble Ride The biggest tire clearance gravel bike we make at 2.4” wide, still with road geometry & parts to combine speed with go-anywhere capabilities. Ideal for the toughest singletrack and roads. The monster tires help you conquer the most extreme terrain. The performance geometry & narrow Q-factor keep you efficient. The steering geometry keeps you nimble. In the box: Frame, U-Turn fork, headset, seat tube collar, front & rear Carbon-Ti thru-axle, 2 RD hangers, 3 MultiStops (1x, Di2, eTap), chainstay cable exit, noise-reduction foam sleeves, manual. Frame colors come in Orange, Turquoise, matte/gloss Grey, Brown and unpainted. Speed & Handling Thanks to its efficient rider position, the WI.DE. is deceptively fast on-road despite its big tires. This always surprises test riders. Great fun on-road and no limits off-road. Equally important is the handling. The WI.DE. retains its agility with anything from massive mountain tires to road tires. Trigonometry helps us a bit here, as the trail automatically grows together with the tire size, just like you want for tougher terrain. - With 650b gravel or 27.5" mountain bike tires up to 2.4”(61mm), rutted singletrack, slippery roots and rocks disappear. - With 700c gravel tires up to 46mm, even the toughest gravel roads are tackled at lightning speed - Assembled with 700c road tires (we recommend 35-40mm wide), you have the most comfortable road bike ever invented - The U.P.'s dropped right chainstay launched a whole category of bikes. The WI.DE. doubles up. The double-drop chainstays create a very efficient box-shape behind the BB. This increases stiffness, reduces weight and boosts tire clearance. - 1x cranks eliminate the inner ring and front derailleur that limit tire clearance. Most of our customers run a classic 1x setup with 12-sp or 13-sp cassette. But you can also go 2x using the Classified system: light, fast, very efficient and clean. - Every bike company has access to the same carbon. Compared to industries like aviation, carbon volume for bikes is too small for custom or exclusive. So all those different names for proprietary carbon are just that, names. - What matters: high-modulus carbon is stiff but brittle, low modulus carbon is more flexible but tougher. - Wire-Stays: Vertically thin chainstays and seatstays provide compliance, while their lateral width and layup ensure rock-solid propulsion. Truly the best of both worlds. - Flat-Out Downtube: The downtube drives stiffness, connecting your steering center to your drivetrain. The flat sides places strips of ultra-high modulus carbon where it matters most. - Zero-Setback Seattube: A zero-offset seatpost is lighter & more efficient, so we have designed our seattube angle such that most riders can use a zero-offset rather than an off-set seatpost. - Internal Routing: Internal cables & hoses through the frame stay clean & protected and frankly, they look better. In the cockpit they are exposed for easy maintenance. ***************************************************************** The OPEN WI.DE frame and fork can be sold as is, or we can work with you to create your dream bike...give us a call at 612-722-1538 to discuss options. *****************************************************************

Voytek 2 takes what the original Voytek started and makes it better. This is a fat bike that rides like a mountain bike on snowy trails. We overhauled Voytek geometry to give you a fat bike that lets you go even faster with more confidence. Voytek 2 has adjustable geometry via the patented Tuning Chip dropout system like all Otso bikes, as well as the new GeoChip head tube system that alters geometry at the front end of the bike. It has clearance for 26” x 4.6” or 27.5” x 4.5” tires, suspension correction for a suspension fork, internal cable routing, lower standover, and several more updates. When the snow melts, swap in a 29” plus wheelset to keep the party going all year. Voytek changed the world of fat bikes when we announced it in 2016. Voytek 2 is here to do it again. ************************************************************** Angry Catfish's website is tied into Otso's available inventory. If you are visiting our store to view the bike, please contact us before coming, to ensure we have what you're looking for. ************************************************************** Narrow Q factor Voytek 2 feels more like riding a mountain bike than a bike built for 26" x 4.6" tires because it has a narrow Q factor. The Q factor of a bike is the distance between the outer surfaces of your two crank-arms. The narrower the Q factor, the more natural it feels to pedal and handle the bike because it is closer to your normal biomechanics. It also allows for stronger power transfer to the pedals, more efficient pedaling, and increased overall performance. Adjustable Geometry When pairing the GeoChip head tube system with the Tuning Chip rear dropout system, Voytek 2 geometry has unprecedented adjustability. Pair a long wheelbase with a slack head tube angle for a stable ride in deep snow. Pair a short wheelbase with a steeper head tube angle for a responsive ride on packed, tacky snow. Or mix and match based on your riding style. Customize Reach and Head Tube Angle GeoChip is a new integrated system that allows you to adjust reach and head tube angle. Three sets of flip chips nest in the frame and hold the headset upper and lower cups. One set of GeoChip flip chips allows for +/- 10mm of reach adjustment, another allows for +/- 1º of head tube angle adjustment, and the third allows for +/- 2º of head tube angle adjustment. This means that you can easily adjust your reach or head tube angle at home based on the riding ahead. With two reach options for each bike due to GeoChip, Voytek 2 effectively has eight frame sizes. Tuning Chip Rear Dropout System All Otso bikes are equipped with adjustable geometry via our patented Tuning Chip rear dropout system. The Tuning Chip can adjust the wheelbase by up to 20mm, raise or lower the bottom bracket by up to 4mm, and adjust the head tube angle by +/- 0.5º. With the machined aluminum flip chip in the rear position, Voytek 2 has a longer wheelbase, lower bottom bracket, and slacker head tube angle for confidence and stability in deeper snow. Use the front position for more responsive handling on packed trails with tight turns. A middle position chip pairs the best of both worlds. Tire Clearance and Wheel Swapping Voytek 2 can fit 26” x 4.6” or 27.5" x 4.5" tires on the stock rims. A full breakdown of tire/rim pairings can be found below in the Tech Specs. To achieve this wide tire clearance with an extremely narrow bottom bracket, the rear hub has a 5mm outboard offset to prevent chain rub. Voytek 2 can also fit 29” x 3.0” tires. So when the trails are packed with snow, ride 26” x 4.0” tires, then when the snow melts and the trails turn to dirt, swap in your 29” wheelset for plus mountain bike riding. Voytek 2 was designed to accommodate multiple wheel sizes without compromising ride quality. Modern MTB Geometry Voytek 2 builds on the geometry that we pioneered with our original Voytek. We gave Voytek 2 a slacker head tube angle, steeper seat tube angle, shorter standover. This updated geometry allows you to go faster with more confidence. Suspension Correction Voytek 2 is suspension corrected. This means that you can build it with a 120mm travel suspension fork without drastically changing the geometry of the bike with a rigid fork. Dropper Compatibility Dropper post routing has a fully internal sleeve via a port behind the head tube. The Wolf Tooth Resolve Dropper Post is an option on the Voytek 2 Custom Bike Builder. Large Front Triangle A larger front triangle means that you can fit more cargo for your ride. Use this space for a custom frame bag, two bottles, or anything else that you need to carry for the ride ahead.

Rather than start with a squirrely road bike and relaxing things into borderline manageable, we started with a mountain bike with shred surging through its veins and created the Chamois Hagar. It brings speed, stability, and that irrefutable Evil mischief to the otherwise safe and sensible drop bar market. Is it a gravel destroyer? It’s beyond that—whoever heard of a 66.67-degree headtube angle, 50mm stem, and a dropper post on a low-slung lightweight frame that can’t be dropped by even the most cadence-minded hammerheads? The Following of Gravel? That’s more like it—and just like that, shred came to gravel. The Chamois Hagar defies classification and exudes stoke, taking what we knew gravel to be, and redefining it. 700 x 50c tire clearance, 430mm chainstays, a 66.67-degree headtube angle, 80mm of BB drop, real reach and wheelbase measurements, and a mind-numbing array of customizable configurations. *This is for a frameset. This is the go-to drop bar bike for daily usage as well as all of your endurance riding. The Earth Ship is our dream handbuilt USA-made gravel race / all-road bike that can also flex into bike packing. It is light, nimble, capable, and most importantly comfortable for very long days in the saddle. As we’ve gotten less self-conscious and more independent-minded we’ve come to embrace taller stack heights as the future of endurance riding. One of our goals with the Earth Ship was to create a bike that looked as aesthetically pleasing as possible with high handlebars. When it comes to endurance riding, we believe that “comfortable is fast!” You’ll find a full suite of features that include: - Three bottle mounts, top tube bag mount, and fender mounts. - The frame is built around the incredible Enve Adventure fork which has three-pack mounts on each leg and internal dynamo and brake routing. - For cable management on the frame we’ve chosen to use Paragon’s modular system which allows the cleanest possible appearance and can be customized for AXS, 1X or a traditional two derailleur setup. We use full round cable guides on the stays as we find plastic zip ties on high-end bikes to be an inelegant compromise. - Clearance for 700 X 50c or 650b X 2.2" tires GEOMETRY Gravel Race Geo with all-day comfort and bump absorption at the forefront. The tall stack, a slightly lowered bottom bracket, and generous stays yield an unbelievably smooth ride and inspire confidence when descending fast over loose terrain. A fairly traditional head tube and seat tube angle keeps everything quick and maneuverable, we favor trail numbers in the 60’s as we want an agile and responsive front end. TUBING A mix of Reynolds 853 and Columbus Life for the top and downtube. The seat stays and seat tube are custom designs from Fairing and the tapered head tube and chainstays (also a proprietary design) are sourced from Nova Cycles.
